AAmerican Dude in ChinaThere was one large problem but everything else about the stay was as expected. The room was clean, I was greeted cordially and the breakfast was limited but tasty. The problem was the ubiquitous smell of ********* smoke on my floor. No one seemed to be doing anything about it so I will be avoiding this hotel in the future. I’m not a prude but I also don’t want my hotel to smell like my college dorm.

We had to travel in 2 groups at 2 different times, which made it difficult to be able to check in like we wanted. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and helped us out tremendously. My daughter & her family had a problem with their room and it was quickly addressed and they were given another room that was still close to mine. It was a very stressful time for us due to the reason we had to travel to our location but having the cooperation and concern of the staff was extremely helpful.

I always choose this place when I'm in North Carolina. It's affordable, convenient, and while the breakfast selection is relatively limited, it's standard American style and not bad. Overall, a good stay.

Hotel was very acceptable for the price. Shower was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was standard. Staff were accommodating but there was no one at the front desk when we arrived so we had to wait several minutes for someone to show up. Wi-fi was not working and we were told it was an ongoing issue.

Good place to stay during my business trip. Room is clean and nearby have many store to explore.

Breakfast: Very few varieties, I simply didn't eat it Hygiene: A bit scary. But it's still habitable. The sofas in the rooms on the fifth floor are all covered with patina. Environment: OK. Overall it's okay. The surrounding transportation is also convenient Service: OK. If there is a problem, it will be solved immediately.
