Hawthorne Hotels with Parking

Staying close to the highway is very noisy at night. The soundproofing really makes people collapse, especially the floor. As soon as you step on it, you will be screaming and screaming. You will not choose this hotel again. The only benefit is that parking is free.

Hotel is in a very nice area very clean and modern! Rooms had a lot of space, but the garbage disposal was not working and sinked was clogged. Took so many attempts for the staff to call the mechanic to come in and fix it. Overall, great location, great parking, and safe! Thanks for a great stay!

I was in Los Angeles for a layover, so I randomly found a hotel not far from the airport. I prepaid through Ctrip. I didn't have much expectation or idea, but the hotel front desk was still annoying. Their attitude was cold, which was understandable. Then they deducted $400 from me without saying anything. I found it strange and asked why the deposit was so high. They insisted that they didn't find the payment record for one room. I contacted Ctrip, and they said that the front desk deducted the deposit twice for one room. When I checked out the next day, the new front desk said that the money would be refunded. But when I looked at the bill today, it was still deducted. I had to contact Ctrip again to communicate.
