Henrico County Hotels with Parking

After crossing the luminous metro area of Richmond, I arrived at this beautiful hotel. It is located in a tranquil neighborhood, away from the noise of the city, yet still close to restaurants and shops. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean and well-lit, giving me a good first impression. The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. When I woke up the next morning, I was showered in the bright sunshine. The large window filled the room with natural light, which made the start of the day refreshing. Breakfast was served downstairs, offering the typical Hampton Inn options—eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, and fresh fruit. It was simple but satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant one-night stay, and I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful environment near Richmond.

The room and hotel were very tidy and clean and smelled clean, as well. The hotel breakfast was a decent spread, and the bar was kept stocked and cleaned. It was also a bonus that the pool was open during our visit. The only issue we ran into was finding parking upon returning to the hotel at night. All in all, it was a comfortable, quiet, and clean stay!

The location of the hotel is very good, also newly renovated, very quiet. The beds are also very comfortable, suitable for family outings. There are many restaurants and shopping centers nearby, all within ten minutes of driving distance, which is very cost-effective.

Decent experience. Easy check in and check out. Stayed in an executive corner suit and was pleased for the most part. Was disappointed that there wasn't a tub but that was on my part. After farther research i realized that rooms with tubs are called tub suite. Wish i would have known that before booking but thats on me i guess.

Neat hotel to try. The hotel is a little bit hard to get around and could use better signage in the halls, elevators, roads, etc. The bed was comfy, I was in room 419 and the vanity mirror was broken on one side, and the shower showed signs of mold. The room was cleaned each day, but I was not given more coffee pods. The conditioner bottle did not work. My biggest complaint is that I requested late checkout during booking, at check-in and the morning of departure. I was told it shouldn't be a problem twice but I had to call in the morning. When I did I was given some lane excuse about why they couldn't do it. Because of this, I feel like I can not trust the front desk staff. I would probably not book here again.

No hot tub, indoor pool is barely luke warm and the whole area is filled with mold so it stinks to high heaven. The elevators are old, slow, and loud. The handi accessible room I had was not ADA compliant. Quiet hours are not enforced. The beds aren't very comfortable. They do have great in room HVAC, a nice coffee set up, and a decent room layout with good outlets/lighting & furniture. Evening staff and housekeeping were very nice.

Hotel a bit dated. Been dealing with an issue receiving my deposit back due to a hold that is placed at check in on my card. Nice balconies available

Because it is relatively close to UR, the surrounding transportation is convenient, there are also many hotels and restaurants, the rooms have been renovated, the front desk service attitude is good, the breakfast is average, the hygiene in the elevator and corridors really needs to be improved, I have stayed several times, the double room is better than the double The bed room should be newer.

The hotel was conveniently located about 10 mins from the airport and close to food and shops perfect for a short visit. For the price and the room I think you get a great deal especially in the surrounding area, stayed in the one bedroom king suite which is setup like a cozy one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, dining bar, living room area, bathroom outside of the bedroom and the bedroom with king bed. Room was clean and setup was as pictured only complaints are the elevators are broken so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs and the phones in room don’t work, and there is no service attendant to bring you extra towels or linen you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. Staff was pleasant, check in was seamless and so is check out would stay again

Every year I go to Richmond to stay at this hotel, the room is large and the bed is super big. Very comfortable. The hotel has a buffet breakfast, which is not a variety of instructions, but it is still possible.
