GGuest UserLovely hotel although we had an accessible room overlooking the courtyard. The shower was not suitable for anyone over 5ft 4in as the shower head was at that height. The air con was very noisy. The curtains did not meet at the join and so people in the courtyard could see in through the slit/daylight comes in. Lastly the room had a funny smell. But the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. Our second room was on the second floor overlooking the marina and the road. You could hear traffic noise and people walking around upstairs but lovely bathroom and very clean. The staff were all charming and couldn’t be more helpful. The location is great for wandering around Sausalito which is fabulous. You also get 15% off the Firestation cafe which was just gorgeous! I hear that the larger rooms are stunning.

PPaul KhooThe room, though compact, was well-appointed. However, the ambiance leaned towards the dim side, which might not be everyone's preference. It would be great if they considered enhancing the lighting to brighten up the space a bit more. Overall, a decent stay, but there's room for improvement.

XXIAOYANA distance from downtown San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge was reached in downtown. Very quiet, there is a small supermarket around the hotel. Free parking is available. The environment is superb, you can have a glass of wine in the open air, cut a steak, get up in the morning and run around in the morning, surrounded by tennis clubs, and stay at this hotel next time.

GGuest UserWe arrived at around 10:00pm check in to our room and then I needed to use the restroom, come to find out we could not sit down on toilet because the seat was broken went to front off and told the manager on duty, he complained because it was 10:30, he finally said he would give us another room. Had to go back to original room and repack and move to new room. Got in new room and saw what was supposed to be comforters as blankets were really comforters with no filling, called tired to call front desk but the manager said we could not get additional blankets. Next time I will bring my own.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively clean, like a small community, more distinctive. The room is more spacious. You can also find a business district within a few minutes of driving around, you can eat and shop.

GGuest UserThis Was the third time of state at this location. The first few times were all right, however, the room quality Seem to degrade each time I stayed.
This last time the toilet kept running, and I informed the front desk and I was told, “it still works”. Body wash in the shower &, privacy placard were missing.
Had to walk & park 2 blocks away @ 1am as parking lot was full.
