Guest UserFacility is very clean with nicely appointed rooms. Permitted me to check in early and even upgraded my room. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, fire pit, or gym, but all looked very nice. I have every intention of staying again when I have to return to the area.

Hotel was recently renovated and in excellent condition. Included free breakfast made this a much better deal that other hotels in the area. The location also is easy to get route, right off of route 80 and the Rockaway mall just one exit away.

I booked a room for six people, but there were only two towels in the room. When I asked the counter, the counter said he didn’t know where to put them and he couldn’t give us more towels... I was dumbfounded...

This is the price I think is very reasonable in the United States, but I may need to rent a car because it ’s inconvenient to go, so it may be better to have a car myself. Need to strengthen

The hotel is very conveniently located, with many places to eat nearby. It was very cold that night, so I went to a Vietnamese restaurant run by a Chinese and had a bowl of noodle soup. It was very satisfying, warming me up instantly, and the ingredients were very good.

The hotel was extremely nice and in a very good location. The rooms were well maintained and very spacious. However, most of the amenities mentioned in the description were unavailable. In addition the breakfast was also very underwhelming

Cleaning is a big issue. When we entered the room we noticed a visible blood stain on the sheet. The room service changed it right away but we were so disgusted and asked to change the room, which they did. Overall, rooms needs many updates, Mattress squeak, desk chairs are old and one had a back zipper torn, bathrooms and shower towels also need update.
