Guest UserAs it is a chain accommodation, it is well-maintained overall.
There are two locations in the same area, so I was briefly confused because I chose the wrong place, but it wasn't a major issue.
The parking facilities were good, and the staff were friendly. If I visit again, I think it would be good to make a reservation.

Guest UserWe had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full ******, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

The room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

GPS told us to turn into 66Th st, but the main entrance is off 65th, there is an overflow parking off 66th.
it was a nice place, the breakfast area is kinda small, a TV would have been nice, not a spot to lounge in. there were no snack or soda machines, just an ice machine! outdoor sitting area was small near the main entrance.
It is a short drive from the Falls area attractions, and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The only walking distance store is a 7-11 near by.

Around Niagara Falls, there is a 10-driving distance from the waterfall. Free parking, delicious breakfast and warm service staff. It is important to be careful that the price doubles on weekends. Fortunately we met a group of young Chinese postdoctoral students and took our old couple to visit various attractions of the Great Falls...a wonderful experience

Cosmos CatThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to the waterfall, making it super convenient to walk there, and getting around the area is also easy. Overall, the stay was good, suitable for guests visiting the waterfall. The only downside was the hotel's Wi-Fi; both the signal and speed were quite unstable, which was a bit frustrating to use. Other than that, the location is definitely its biggest advantage, and the value for money is decent.

It is very near to goat island and Niagara Falls.
The room is big and can put 2 big luggage.
Free breakfast but carpark at usd11 plus which public parking is just usd10. Will be great if come with free parking.
Cleaning every 3 days.
Clean towels at the reception.
The bed is comfortable but pillows a bit too soft and small.
After all, will stay against if coming again.

The place was nicely located very close to the falls. Ample parking and ample rooms. The hotel itself it’s okay, just a bit rundown but it’s not bad. The lady at reception was nice and gave us a few tips for the falls. Great soundproof from the outside but not from your neighbours.

Guest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!

The room was very comfortable and the bed was the most comfortable during the beauty period. The facilities in the bathroom are a bit old, but the function is intact. The boss was very enthusiastic and gave detailed play suggestions. The location is close to the waterfall and the price is very high.
