The room had excellent natural light and was spotlessly clean. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a high-quality sleep. I especially recommend their rooftop breakfast; the ingredients were fresh, and the selection was diverse. Paired with the city views, it was truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The location is also superb, within walking distance to the MRT station. Although the price is a bit high, it's definitely great value for money. This will be my top choice for future trips!

I stayed here at Florida Disney World for the first time. I arrived at midnight or dawn due to pick-up trouble, but I was able to check in smoothly, There is a free shuttle bus to Disney World and Univa. I was thinking of going to Disney World ４ Park one day, so I stayed here for 5 nights. I booked this flight every day because it was convenient to go to Hollywood Studios departing at 8:40 in time. There is a reception desk in the lobby, so I made a reservation using my mobile translation there. There were times when there was a desk and there was no desk, so when I saw the desk before and after breakfast at around 7:30 in the morning, there was a person in charge, so I used that time. It is said that the room number, name, etc. will be written in the note, so if you fill in and pass it, you will make a reservation from there and give you a reception receipt. I handed the receipt to the shuttle bus driver and boarded. It is convenient because you can travel from Hollywood Studios to Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Magic Kingdom by skyliner or bus. Since I used the park hopper ticket, the bus to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom only leaves after 10 o'clock, so I moved after playing at Hollywood Studios for １ hours every time. I did. The bus from Epcot to the hotel comes at 21:30, so use it. I can't expect much breakfast, but I had it every morning because I can eat it for free. Scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, bread, cereals, yogurt, etc. There are not many types. Drinks are apple, orange, water, what? Grapefruit, etc. There is also a simple shop next to the reception counter. I was surprised that the water was less than 800 yen, but it is not possible because the price is high The hotel 々 was also kind. The bed was very comfortable and awesome! The bath also has a bathtub, so it was nice to be able to relax! The shower is fixed and does not move, but the hot water came out properly. The room was large and easy to spend!

I used it to go to Disney. The room is clean and there are few buses to Disney, but there are. You can go to the park by Uber for less than $13. It is good because there are pharmacies and fast food shops within walking distance. But there was a day when the room cleaner left the water and a day he forgot. I couldn't take a shower because I was cut off on the last night, but I fixed it the next morning. I think I will use it again.

Hotel foi recentemente renovado, piso vinílico, mobiliário novo, muito bom para a categoria. Café da manhã excelente, com pães, waffle/panqueca, ovos, bacon/sausage, iogurte, mingau, suco, café, muffins. Área do café pequena, infelizmente não permitem pegar para comer no quarto, mas esperando um pouco consegue logo mesa. Ponto negativo é a limpeza do quartos, não me informaram no check in que era feita em dias alternados. O que não considero um problema, mas o problema foi que nos dias de limpeza o chão NUNCA foi limpo durante minha estadia inteira. As toalhas foram trocadas, mas nenhuma vez deixaram a quantidade correta de 4 pessoas. Não repuseram shampoo/condicionado. Logo no primeiro dia após a limpeza fui à recepção pedir toalha e shampoo, e para minha surpresa não tinham, me deram mais uma de rosto e duas pessoas precisaram se secar com a de rosto. Fui solicitar na manhã das próximas 2 limpezas para fazer a limpeza do chão e reposição correta das toalhas e amenities, além de colocarem o secador de cabelos que não tinha, e o atendente Douglas foi muito gentil e disse que isso não iria se repetir, mas infelizmente o housekeeping do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Apesar de ser um hotel econômico, eu paguei pelo serviço e não gostaria de ter esses contratempos. No check out o atendente Douglas disse que não conseguiu fazer a devolução dos $100 de caução feitos no cartão de crédito (única maneira aceita pelo hotel), disse que meu banco recusou. Ao chegar no Brasil contatei o banco, que disse que o problema é com o hotel, que está fazendo informações erradas para o estorno. Já enviei e-mails para o hotel, que insiste que está certo e que o problema é o banco recusando que o hotel faça o return, e eu até agora não recebi meu dinheiro. O hotel não me responde mais os e-mails enviados. Gostaria muito de contar com ajuda da Trip na resolução dessa questão, visto que adquiri o hotel nesta plataforma. Num geral o hotel atende esse meu perfil de viagem, que não fico no hotel, mas esperava mais simpatia dos funcionários, que tirando a atendente do check in, o atendente Douglas e o atendente noturno Harry que foram muito solícitos, os demais da recepção e café que tive contato foram ríspidos, e não se mostraram importar com os hóspedes, como se estivessem fazendo favor por estarem lá.

Hotel was neat and clean with all the amenities mentioned in the booking itinerary.

The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

The location of this hotel, um, it is still convenient to eat, but you have to have transportation to travel. Well, my room door lock was broken, so it still feels not safe to sleep, because he is an open hotel, but the location from Disney and other places is very good, the service awareness of the service staff is also very good, so overall it is OK.

There is a $50 deposit, the bed was uncomfortable and the WiFi was not a good connection. But the breakfast was good. They have boiled eggs and waffles 👍
