The electronic door key was broken for 3 different rooms, so I could not and did not stay there , I demanded a full refund but was told I needed to contact the 3rd party vendor meaning you “ trip.com”. Very disappointed and I want my $40 refund from you now please.

Horrible hotel, there was no cleaning, I got sick from the dirty air conditioning, totally different from the photos, broken lampshade

This place was dirty. The bathroom had hair in tub and the toilet was dirty. The bed sheets had stains and hair strands on them. The hallways smell like urine and the overall experience was terrible.

Photos do not give an accurate description of how the property / rooms look. As updates have been made, there are still a lot left that is questionable.

Very poor condition, extremely filthy. Unpleasant conditions and would not recommend at all. Price is not worth it, I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me. Honestly the staff was extremely understanding and nice, they tried to help resolve by moving me to a different room which was still similar to the original. The smell of smoke in the rooms makes it impossible to stay for longer than 5 minutes in a room.

Room was dirty with piles of dirt in the corners of the room. Found a cockroach in our tub in the bathroom. I guess you get what you pay for and learn my lesson but to never return and just spend more for a better place.

The stay was not great could have been better an the $100 deposit didn't help either didn't find out about it till I got to the front desk

The place is an equivalent of having a slum landlord. You could hear the person next door like they were in the next bed. I smelled smoke coming from the shared door. Inconvenient parking. I wasn't expecting much for the price and that's what I got. At least the shower was warm.

Rats in the beds roaches on the floor move rooms and still the same result ?? Never again
