Excellent hotel. The layout is definitely a bit strange, but other than that I have zero complaints. Breakfast is served bright and early, with a rotating selection to choose from. Our room was incredibly clean, albeit perhaps a little outdated. But that does not bug me. The pool was fantastic, the water itself is not heated but the room it is in, is. The hotel is also within direct vicinity of a VERY large amount of attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away from home for a few days.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Short walk to the theater boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. I like how this property did not have a minimum stay requirement. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip down to Rehoboth Beach.

The hotel is very warm and comfortable. With free parking, you can walk to the beach. The hotel has a spa and hot tub, as well as two small swimming pools, and the garden view is great

Great location—only about a 5–7 minute drive to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and main *****. The price was affordable, the room was spacious, and most importantly, it was clean. The only downside was that the room felt a little dated and oddly designed. There was a closet area built into the wall with no hanging rod, while a separate armoire took up space in the room, which seemed unnecessary. The couch also looked dirty, so we covered it with an extra blanket before sitting on it. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and location, but the room could definitely use some updating to make it feel more modern and inviting.
