GGuest UserQuite new hotel, relatively normal Hyatt Place room, average breakfast. Close to the highway, it's best to ask the front desk for a room on the inside, otherwise it's quite noisy.

SSunflowerSYBooked a king suites room. Comes with sofa bed and a small kitchen area. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea station at lobby area. About 8 mins drive to nearby ****** downtown if you plan to drop by during your stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. The parking lot is enough to stop at will. Breakfast is a typical British American breakfast and you can eat. The front desk service was very good. I didn't pay attention to pulling the credit card in the suitcase on the first day of check-in. I didn't let the card be swiped. I let the check-in first. Overall hotel is good!

GGuest UserIt's quite clean. It takes too long to refund the hotel deposit. It takes a month. I didn't have parking but I was charged a parking fee of 14 US dollars.

GGuest UserBreakfast was not a chef on the weekend, there was cold food, and the friend was shocked. The location of the accommodation is still on the back. In fact, there are not many guests. It may be related to Ctrip's reservation. Every time I encounter it, I will explain the problem. Parking is 8 knives a day. The parking space is good. The front desk service is very warm!

GGuest UserThe third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

SSamantha LimlimWe got the 2 rooms suite. It was very spacious and clean. Both rooms have attached bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen equipped with fridge and microwave. The balcony is a plus plus.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a perfect airport hotel. Friendly staff, easy check in, clean rooms, restaurant and bar. The price point is perfect and half the cost as nearby—often sold out—hotels. I’ve stayed here many time and they’re consistently delivering a good product. Also, booking on Trip.com is beyond easy.

Unlike some of the reviews I read there were no signs of any kind of smoke on the 8th floor.
I did not see anyone begging until I was leaving.
Overall My stay served its purpose without any issues.
