Santa Rosa Hotels with Parking

As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt like I was passing through time. Although the room equipment was old and there was a smell of years, it did not affect my liking for it. Because it is close to the roadside, it will be a bit noisy at night, and overall it is still a good night's sleep. The only thing that disappointed me was the service attitude at the front desk, a thin white lady, who spoke perfunctorily and was full of discrimination against Asians. The hotel is very good, I hope to come again, but I am worried that there will be this unpleasant experience...

A standard American motel, can't talk about service, sleep a place. Two floors, no elevator, breakfast room at the bar by the pool, huge and small, take things sideways, and open the way ”execuse me” throughout the whole process. However, there are hot foods, eggs, sausages, potatoes, bacon.

The trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem. Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family. The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again. We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again.

I had a very long 18 Night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time. The breakfast was AMAZING and the best thing by far. I am sure other reviews will mention the breakfast and I was not disappointed. The room was plenty spacious and had a delightful little patio around the swimming area. The staff was very diligent with the cleaning which was daily. I would certainly stay again for the breakfast. This location was perfect for my stay in Santa Rosa with plenty of options for just about anything within walking distance. 9/10 overall

I can’t say enough good things about the staff, the room and the whole experience. I am a single woman, and I felt very safe here  The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable and had a very nice breakfast. All the staff were very kind and I definitely will stay here again in the future.
