The receptionist over the phone was helpful and provided good service. However, the information given during check-in was different — I was told the service dog would be free of charge, but at check-in, I was charged around $27.
The room was spacious and included a refrigerator, microwave, and a regular TV. Free parking and bathroom amenities were available, and there was coffee provided.
However, the room smelled like smoke, and the floor was not clean. Also, the app listed that breakfast was included, but no breakfast was served.
