Great
SSaitotiVery clean and quiet. Each room has a kitchen set including a dining table and 4 chairs (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, and cook wares, etc) We used a Premium room. It has two separate rooms with a queen bed. Very nice. Swimming pool and fitness room are very good and many people use them. Overall my family is very satisfied with the facility. Will visit again next time.
BBradley WarneThis was a good hotel. It's actually a Comfort Inn. It's located very close to Woodfield Mall, loads of restaurants and a main road. The breakfast was more than enough and had some waffle makers which were a hit with my daughter. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
GGuest UserThe people coming in and out are very messy, the lobby is very noisy, and the service is not good. I asked the other party to send a quilt, called several times, and no one delivered it after waiting for several hours... I will not stay again in the future
GGuest UserMy stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Schaumburg was generally pleasant. The hotel's modern design and clean atmosphere created a welcoming ambiance. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing helpful recommendations for dining and local attractions. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth.
The room was comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. While the room size was standard, it was functional and met my needs. Overall, the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Schaumburg is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.
AAnonymous UserHotel was amazing, we had a really good room with a double bed and a sofa bed, plus a kitchenette, the location wasn’t too far from public transport and only took 3-5 minutes to get to transport areas really good
GGuest UserI was in Schaumburg for a 2 Day conference and chose to stay at a more cost effective location since I was traveling alone and really just needed a decent place to stay.
Upon arrival, I was greeted and given my key cards. I drove towards the side door as it was closer to the
elevator. Not the hotels fault I guess, but people were smoking in areas I know weren’t designated for smoking.
The 2nd floor ***** of ***. I am grateful it wasn’t coming from my room, however: the assigned room did not smell clean at all. I did bring cleaning sprays from home just in case, the room wasn’t clean. I had to wipe the counters , desk and sink top off. They were dirty and sticky to the touch. I was going to ask for staff to come up and check the room but decided not to do that.
The next morning I went to the front desk to ask that
Housekeeping not clean until I left. Front desk staff was on the cellular device and I had to get his attention. He was nice and courteous but told me that rooms were cleaned once per week. Guess that’s why my assigned room smells the way.
While I am an avid dog lover, the dogs coming out the exit when I tried to enter were huge. This gentleman had two and could hardly control them.
Nevertheless, you get what you pay for so I can’t be too upset. I just don’t recall this chain being so lax about the amenities, staff professionalism-and cleanliness.
SSamDamThe hallways smell very bad. The bathroom is a bit dingy. The sheets were clean. They don't offer dry cleaning/laundry and they clean the room after 3 nights minimum. They don't have some amenities stocked like medicine, etc in the store. I stayed here because it was cheap and close the Renaissance hotel and convention center. For the price it was worth it.
刘刘After a business trip, this type of hotel can be rented for a short period of time. There are simple cookers for cooking, but they are very simple. The room is not very big, it is still quiet, there is a shopping center around, except the hotel network is not very good, the other overall is good, the price is cheap.
