The room is clean, the facilities are new, the front desk is friendly, and you can eat freshly made omelets for breakfast. You don't need to show your room card for breakfast. Although it ends at 9 o'clock, it is actually almost 10 o'clock. It is extended to 10 o'clock on weekends, which is very user-friendly. 24-hour coffee, a large TV, a welcome message with the guest's name, and good details. The bedding and towels look very clean, and the paper rolls are also sufficient. The hotel is very quiet inside and outside, and there is no noise in the morning. The disadvantages are that the room cleaning is very uncertain. The front desk said that the room cleaning will be cleaned only if requested. When I stayed there, I didn't request cleaning one day, and I didn't clean it one day. Second, the air conditioner is still a bit loud. I found that this is a problem in most hotels. When it starts, it sounds like the sound of an airplane taking off.

I always stay in hotels owned by Marriott when traveling for business. I don’t have to choose the environment, service, sanitation, parking, etc., everything is pretty good, except that breakfast is not provided, maybe it will be provided if you have a higher membership level.

It's rare that I ever have a complaint about Holiday Inn Express. But this time I was there for business and unfortunately I wasn't able to spend the night because my work schedule changed but for the time being that I was there the TV didn't work I was going to call downstairs and have someone take a look at it but I ran out of time it was kind of strange that the TV was unplugged and when I did plug it in the Box was not connected to the TV there was no adapter so there was no point. I've always had a pleasant stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express and every other one. This is the first time that I experienced this mishap. Hopefully next time, this won't happen again thank you for your understanding, have a good evening

This hotel is really nice, with an American breakfast, free parking, and a new and spacious room. There is also a small swimming pool, but no time to enjoy. Convenient transportation, driving from Davis for more than 10 minutes, but the price is much cheaper than Davis, it is worth it! There is a Safeway supermarket across the road for easy shopping. I can still consider living here later.

It was a very no hassle stay. Checked in quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self-service with a lot of options and good tasting food. The only issue there is when there are a lot of guests trying to get their food at the same time, it gets crowded and a bit chaotic. The pool is indoor, warmed, and perfect for a relaxing dip and enjoyment for the kids. The hot tub wasn't very hot, but still was relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent customer service, staff was very helpful & understanding. The place was very clean. The bedding, the bathrooms and floors were very clean. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. 😀

My stay was good. The service was great, both ladies at check in and check out were very nice, especially the check out one who came to replace my card and brought it to my room. The only issues I had were someone knocking at my door in the middle of the night (or maybe they were knocking at the neighbor’s? I definitely did NOT get up to look) and an alarm going off in the morning while I was making coffee with the kindly provided coffee machine and it was steaming. Not sure if it was the steam that set off the smoke alarm? It went off after beeping twice. Besides that, as they say here, you get what you pay for. I guess my neighbors were noisy and stayed up late, hence the knocking, and got up at 5am or something like that cause I could hear them talking and packing. So not exactly sound proof rooms, but besides that it was clean, full of towels and bathing items; bed was ok, tv microwave and mini fridge are included. Breakfast too, so that’s a nice plus. I’d stay there again.

The food is limited because of the virus staff at the office is easy to communicate with very friendly the need to put more vending machines

Great customer service very friendly. Nice quiet place to get some rest after a huge day we spent. Although the city GPS needs to be updated to there new road and streets. But over all best place to stay.

The service here was amazing. I had called earlier in advance to see if I could check in early and they allowed me to and helped me through the process. Though the issue that I had was that when I got into my room, the bed was a queen bed. When I payed for my hotel I asked for a king bed but that wasn’t given to me. Along with that the room that I was in the bolt lock didn’t work so I had to use the other lock on top but that one allowed people to still be able to look inside. What bothered me most while I was there was that the room service used their key to try and get in my room twice while I was in there.
