GGuest UserRecommend a security team to assist guest with complaints that front desk employees obviously didn’t have time or the access to aide needs. I was insulted and disrespected by another guest, nothing was done nor suggested to assist me, no sensitivity to how emotional the situation was to me, and instead was forced to leave and then arrested for waiting outside the building for my minor children to come down because I pressed buzzer to once again ask for assistance in escorting them until they left the building. The night counter worker told inaccuracies as to me trying to re-enter the building which I never attempted, just simply pressed the button and returned to the car. My kids were left in tears from this nightmare

GGuest UserNice and clean hotel. Location was great. Some difficulty with the only one entrance and having to cross oncoming traffic. Slightly disappointed with breakfast options and quality but got through it. Staff was more than pleasant and helpful. .

TTaylor M.Room was clean but outdated, check in process was a little rough as they had problems with processing customers payments ahead of me.Paper thin walls where you can hear everytime the room next to you flushed and every conversation in the hallway. Fire alarm went off multiple times.

SSamantha HarshIt takes forever for someone to come to the front desk half the time. The place is run down and falling apart. To many drug deals and *******. But the location is great and so is the staff.
