ККсенияКАExcellent hotel!!!! We all loved it. We booked for 3 days, and upon check-in, we immediately regretted not booking for longer. It was complete relaxation. The hotel is large with beautiful grounds. The sea and sand are just amazing, and most importantly, there aren't as many people as in Nha Trang. Of course, there are people, but you don't really see them. It's quiet on the beach in the morning with plenty of free sun loungers and comfortable bean bag chairs even after 3 PM. There are 2 pools on the property with kids' slides and showers. We didn't opt for breakfast or lunch as we cooked ourselves in the villa. The villa completely matched the pictures; everything was clean, the bedding and towels were of good quality, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture wasn't worn out, everything felt new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, slow cooker, a set of pristine dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, and cutlery – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms had good quality toiletries, huge bottles of Watson brand shampoos and gels, toothbrushes, etc. Cleaning was done once in 3 days. A lady came and cleaned thoroughly; I timed her, and she spent 2.5 hours meticulously cleaning everything, even though our villa was already tidy as we kept it clean ourselves. The villa has its own pool, which is just fantastic!!! The staff are very responsive. Thanks to Phi Toan, who explained and showed us everything, and was always available. You can move around the property in a buggy, but we only used it twice, for check-in and check-out. Huge thanks to the hotel owners for congratulating my mother on her anniversary. I mentioned it was her birthday when booking and thought they might bring some small complimentary gift, but it was a huge bouquet of roses!!! Such attention and care are very touching. Upon check-out, they allowed us a free late check-out of 2.5 hours. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at the villa and are already dreaming of returning, but for a longer period next time. If I could give 100 points, I would. You can get a really good price for this villa when booking, I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

SShanghai zhangThe room design is a bit old-fashioned and the lighting is dim, but I still quite liked it. There was one drawback though. I stayed in Villa 336. The room had two AC vents, but only the one directly above the bed was blowing air. This meant that if I turned on the AC while sleeping, it would get very cold, but if I turned it off, it was too hot. The other AC vent, not directly over the bed, wasn't blowing any air at all.
The hotel's exterior environment is elegant, especially the large lawn at sunrise – it's perfect for photos.
The breakfast was good, and the weekend buffet dinner was excellent.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English.
There were quite a few Koreans, especially Korean couples. They seemed to enjoy cuddling in the public pool, which was a bit of an eyeful.
Overall, it's still a good place, especially for girls who love taking photos.

루루팡09We stayed for 3 nights at a newly built resort in Cam Ranh as a family traveling with a child. Since it's a new property, the facilities were generally very clean and the interior felt luxurious, perfectly capturing that resort vibe. We booked a package that included both breakfast and dinner, and the quality of the food at the resort's restaurant exceeded our expectations. My child and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing, healing getaway without needing to venture out into the city or elsewhere. The swimming pool and other amenities were also excellent, making for a perfect family memory in Cam Ranh. Highly recommended!

We are family of 3 with 6 years old kid.
This place was beyond my expectations from the check in and check out.
The villa was modern, sophisticated yet authentic with beautiful gardening.
We loved the restaurant day and night(free wine and beer is superb), and the spacious kid club, Splash water park, yoga class, sound healing class.
We stayed in Movenpick for the first few days and moved to Alma for the rest of the trip and I regretted that I did not make a reservation for the whole trip at Alma. Next time I would definitely come to Alma for the whole trip. This place is way beyond than the first place in every aspect. (Cleaness, Experience, facilities, interior, service, staff, food)
If you want the comfortable & luxurious & full relaxing package for a family, you must try this place. Most importantly, my kid loved this place 😊

What you need is to contact Butler by Katok, which is convenient to respond immediately. The facilities are as good as the photos. The private pool and public pool were all good. The poolside bar hamburger is delicious.
Breakfast was added when I checked in, but I was so satisfied. It's a rice noodle restaurant.
But there's one thing that's the worst. The rotten smell of the sewer vibrated in the sink. I contacted Butler and the staff came and took action. It was a little better, and eventually it was accompanied by a subtle sewer smell throughout 3 days and 2 nights. If this is improved, this is the accommodation I want to take my baby back.

GGuest UserThe hotel's public areas are stunning; you'll get great photos as long as the weather isn't too bad. The farm is perfect for kids – every morning, we'd go collect two eggs from under the chickens and take them to the breakfast restaurant to be cooked, which was a lovely ritual. Many of the children's crafts are free, and there's a free ice cream hour daily. Plus, they'll occasionally bring watermelons to the pool. The daily complimentary spa is also great value, and the experience would be even better if you go during the off-peak season. Honestly, the overall experience here is much better than the Anantara next door, where every little detail feels designed to make you spend more money. The biggest drawback at The Fusion is that the food is quite mediocre.

ИИринаДеI didn't stay in the main building, so I had to walk there for meals. I had full board. I really liked the room; it was spacious, had a kitchen, and a huge balcony with a sun lounger. There's a private pool next to the building. All rooms have sea views.
The food was excellent, varied, and plentiful, with shrimp, shellfish, meat, and fruit. There's a wonderful beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, and towels are provided. Sometimes there weren't enough loungers, but you could always lie on the sand under an umbrella. There's plenty of space for walks, and the grounds are well-maintained. You can even walk to the neighboring hotel. It was a wonderful four-day getaway. The only downside is the lack of shops; it's just the sea, walks, and food. If you need to buy anything, you have to take a taxi.

AAnonymous UserWhat I loved most was the private pool in the room, sparkling crystal blue under the sun. The aromatherapy scent inside the hotel room was also delightful, and surprisingly, I didn't spot any common tropical insects during my two-day stay.
The hotel's responsiveness truly impressed me; when I called for a pick-up car at checkout, it arrived in less than five minutes.
The public areas, spa, breakfast buffet, and even the beach's sand and vegetation far exceeded my expectations. Walking around the hotel grounds, the flowers and trees were all meticulously maintained.
Overall, this hotel is absolutely fantastic!

GGrigoreva_psThis isn't a bad hotel, considering it's in the middle of nowhere. The views from the hotel are wonderful, but the cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. The furniture is slightly old but well-maintained. There's nothing around the hotel; you can't walk to a shop, and it's a 20-30 minute drive to get anywhere. The beach is dirty and unkempt, and there are no sunbeds.
There is a pool.
On the positive side, the service is very responsive and helpful.
