Cam Lam Hotels with Parking

A good family-run hotel. The owners are very kind and caring, making you feel right at home. The hotel is clean and pleasant. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the shop and 15-20 minutes to the beach with sun loungers. The beach is beautiful and clean, completely empty – pure bliss! Much cleaner than in Nha Trang. This hotel is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

This hotel is conveniently located right on the road from Cam Ranh Airport to Nha Trang city center. It's built in a long, narrow shape on a cliff overlooking Cam Ranh Beach, offering fantastic, expansive views of the South China Sea – truly top-notch! The villas, especially those with numbers starting with 5, have even better views. It's a perfect spot to relax and unwind, and also ideal for couples on their honeymoon. On the downside, the hotel isn't very deep, so rooms closer to the road might be noisy. Also, the restaurant menu is a bit pricey; it's actually more cost-effective to take a taxi into the city for meals. However, one of the waitresses at the restaurant, named DIEU, was very friendly, charming, and polite! The two female receptionists were also excellent, though I can't recall their names.

Excellent hotel!!!! We all loved it. We booked for 3 days, and upon check-in, we immediately regretted not booking for longer. It was complete relaxation. The hotel is large with beautiful grounds. The sea and sand are just amazing, and most importantly, there aren't as many people as in Nha Trang. Of course, there are people, but you don't really see them. It's quiet on the beach in the morning with plenty of free sun loungers and comfortable bean bag chairs even after 3 PM. There are 2 pools on the property with kids' slides and showers. We didn't opt for breakfast or lunch as we cooked ourselves in the villa. The villa completely matched the pictures; everything was clean, the bedding and towels were of good quality, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture wasn't worn out, everything felt new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, slow cooker, a set of pristine dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, and cutlery – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms had good quality toiletries, huge bottles of Watson brand shampoos and gels, toothbrushes, etc. Cleaning was done once in 3 days. A lady came and cleaned thoroughly; I timed her, and she spent 2.5 hours meticulously cleaning everything, even though our villa was already tidy as we kept it clean ourselves. The villa has its own pool, which is just fantastic!!! The staff are very responsive. Thanks to Phi Toan, who explained and showed us everything, and was always available. You can move around the property in a buggy, but we only used it twice, for check-in and check-out. Huge thanks to the hotel owners for congratulating my mother on her anniversary. I mentioned it was her birthday when booking and thought they might bring some small complimentary gift, but it was a huge bouquet of roses!!! Such attention and care are very touching. Upon check-out, they allowed us a free late check-out of 2.5 hours. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at the villa and are already dreaming of returning, but for a longer period next time. If I could give 100 points, I would. You can get a really good price for this villa when booking, I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

This isn't the first time we've chosen this hotel for our vacation. We really love the warm welcome, the varied food options – everything from pastries to seafood. They also have kids' entertainment (our son absolutely adores it, and for us, it's a great way to relax without worrying about him, as they keep them entertained and fed). Upon check-in, we received a nice complimentary gift from the hotel for being repeat guests, which was a lovely surprise. Another plus was getting to check in without waiting until 2 PM; we were able to get our room right after arriving at 11 AM – though we might have just gotten lucky, and we even received a free room upgrade! They put the wristbands on you right away, so you can start using all the facilities as soon as you've checked in. The beach is one of the best, perfect for families with kids, with a gentle slope into the water, crystal clear blue water that's transparent and warm, and soft white sand. We also appreciated the abundance of sun loungers; you could always find a free one. We'd gladly come back here again.

We only booked here since we had a very late flight and thought it would be convinient to stay nearby for couple of days before heading to the main Hon tre island and Nha Trang city center. But we wished we would have booked more nights here because the Villas were very nice. We had a large family of 15 people including adults and children so we had to book 2 three bedroom villas. The villa was pretty clean but I think it could have been cleaner especially the floors were bit dusty. Other than that the private pools were nice and clean. The beach and main pool were nice and clean too. Only thing was they didnt include complimentary breakfast and the breakfast buffet was kind of pricey and it was bit hard to get grab to come over since the resort is kinda out of the way from main downtown. If we decide to visit Nha Trang we will come here again but maybe book the breakfast rooms next time.

큰 리조트 안에 몇개만 여기가 운영하는것 같았고, 버기를 불러서 이동이 가능한데 버기를 불러 달라고 하면 내가 말한 시간에 맞춰서 보내주지 않아서 좀 싫었어요(저녁 9시 말했는데 7시에 보내거나 그런식) 그리고 인피니티풀 이용 시 수건 제공하지 않는다고 수건 하나당 돈을 받는데, 당당하게 가서 걍 가지고 가면 아무말 안 하고 그냥 사용하게 해줬음. 튜브, 공 등 공기를 주입하는 기기가 인피니티풀에 비치 되어있는데, 앤이라는 담당자는 그 사실도 모르고 있어서 당황스러웠음. 그외 다 좋았어요, 방 넓고 프라이빗 비치 가깝고, 버기 없이 그냥 걸어다닐 수 있는 정도이고, 세탁기 있어서 편했고, 조식이나 기타 음식은 나쁘지 않았음. 단, 길게 묵을 경우 룸서비스 메뉴가 한정적이고 달라지지 않아서 좀 질릴수 있고, 그럴 때에는 음식 그냥 배달시켜 먹어도 되긴 해서 나쁘지 않아요

The hotel facilities are great, especially the 24-hour gym. However, if you're looking for water activities, it falls short. There were only two paddleboards, so if you arrived a bit later, you wouldn't get a chance to use them. I was also really looking forward to the snorkeling activity, but later found out they just provide the snorkeling gear and you're left to snorkel by yourself off the beach. The problem is, there's nothing but seawater and white sand on the beach – absolutely no fish, seaweed, or coral reefs to see.

Arrived at the hotel before 12 PM on a Saturday in August. Check-in was smooth, and I received a chilled welcome drink. My room was scheduled to be ready at 3 PM. I was able to store my luggage, which allowed me to enjoy the pools. Around 12 PM on that August Saturday, most of the deck chairs at the main pool and kids' pool were already taken. However, there were plenty of empty deck chairs at the beach. If you need to inflate floats, the station is located near the main pool, not the beach. Life jackets are available for free rental. There's a kids' pool, a slider, and a kids' room within the hotel, offering various activities. The kids' room entrance from the back of the breakfast restaurant was convenient during breakfast. During breakfast, mascots dressed as pandas and bunnies greeted the children and there was a dance time. There was also a complimentary chocolate hour from 3 PM to 4 PM. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children, as there are so many fun things to keep them entertained! On Sunday morning in August, the breakfast restaurant at 7 AM had very few indoor tables available. The front desk staff and buggy drivers were all very helpful and friendly! The beachfront villa was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed both the lively main pool with its large slides and the quiet, relaxing private pool at the villa.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The service at the reception was excellent. The ladies were very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The hotel grounds are very large and beautiful, with two huge pools, one of which has a jacuzzi. We only had breakfast, and I enjoyed the food. While there wasn't a massive variety of dishes, what was offered was tasty and of good quality. The restaurant area was beautifully and comfortably decorated. However, I didn't like the room itself. The rooms feel old and are in need of renovation. Generally, throughout the hotel and its grounds, there's a sense that things need an update and refresh. There was an old, musty smell in the room. I don't understand why there's carpet in the room; it really detracts from the appearance and contributes to the smell. On the beach, there aren't enough sun loungers, especially given how large the hotel is and how many guests it accommodates. Overall, the hotel is good, but next time I'd return to the neighboring Riviera, where I've also stayed. The Riviera is cleaner and cozier. The grounds there are smaller, but as a result, everything feels more well-maintained and beautiful.

The hotel isn't expensive, a bit old, but they really try to keep it in good shape. It's clean and cozy. The pool and beach are simply breathtaking. For an all-inclusive stay, it's fine for 4 nights, but any longer and you might die of boredom because the only entertainment seems to be the disco from the neighboring hotel. Breakfasts are incredibly meager, usually just dry, stale food. But the view from the rooms is magical.
