ККсенияКАExcellent hotel!!!! We all loved it. We booked for 3 days, and upon check-in, we immediately regretted not booking for longer. It was complete relaxation. The hotel is large with beautiful grounds. The sea and sand are just amazing, and most importantly, there aren't as many people as in Nha Trang. Of course, there are people, but you don't really see them. It's quiet on the beach in the morning with plenty of free sun loungers and comfortable bean bag chairs even after 3 PM. There are 2 pools on the property with kids' slides and showers. We didn't opt for breakfast or lunch as we cooked ourselves in the villa. The villa completely matched the pictures; everything was clean, the bedding and towels were of good quality, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture wasn't worn out, everything felt new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, slow cooker, a set of pristine dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, and cutlery – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms had good quality toiletries, huge bottles of Watson brand shampoos and gels, toothbrushes, etc. Cleaning was done once in 3 days. A lady came and cleaned thoroughly; I timed her, and she spent 2.5 hours meticulously cleaning everything, even though our villa was already tidy as we kept it clean ourselves. The villa has its own pool, which is just fantastic!!! The staff are very responsive. Thanks to Phi Toan, who explained and showed us everything, and was always available. You can move around the property in a buggy, but we only used it twice, for check-in and check-out. Huge thanks to the hotel owners for congratulating my mother on her anniversary. I mentioned it was her birthday when booking and thought they might bring some small complimentary gift, but it was a huge bouquet of roses!!! Such attention and care are very touching. Upon check-out, they allowed us a free late check-out of 2.5 hours. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at the villa and are already dreaming of returning, but for a longer period next time. If I could give 100 points, I would. You can get a really good price for this villa when booking, I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

AAnonymous UserIts a beautiful hotel and the villas are very spacious. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of dishes though, it seems to have more Korean flavours than its own local Vietnamese cuisine. This is the same for their in room service menu also. I think for the price of the hotel, kayaks and use of their dining ware at the villa should be free. It seems that sometimes the pricier the hotel, the more they want to charge you for these incidentals. Whilst it is probably out of the hotel's control, the beach and water is covered with bags of rubbish. There must be a rubbish dumping ground/ or place where people just throw their garbage bags ( i am not talking about the odd food wrappers or can bottles, these are rubbish in bags with decomposed food waste etc). This is such a shame and something the local authorities should be much stricter on so that the environment is better looked after.

SShanghai zhangThe room design is a bit old-fashioned and the lighting is dim, but I still quite liked it. There was one drawback though. I stayed in Villa 336. The room had two AC vents, but only the one directly above the bed was blowing air. This meant that if I turned on the AC while sleeping, it would get very cold, but if I turned it off, it was too hot. The other AC vent, not directly over the bed, wasn't blowing any air at all. The hotel's exterior environment is elegant, especially the large lawn at sunrise – it's perfect for photos. The breakfast was good, and the weekend buffet dinner was excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English. There were quite a few Koreans, especially Korean couples. They seemed to enjoy cuddling in the public pool, which was a bit of an eyeful. Overall, it's still a good place, especially for girls who love taking photos.

MMin Min 269We recently had a wonderful stay at The Westin Cam Ranh Resort, and overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience for my parents and me. One of the most impressive aspects of the resort was the staff service. The staff members were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. What stood out the most was how proactive they were — whenever we looked a little unsure or confused about directions or facilities, someone would quickly approach us and kindly offer assistance. Their attitude made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Our room (2325 on the 3rd floor) had a beautiful sea view, which was a great way to start the morning and end the evening. The room itself was nicely designed with good quality furniture and tasteful decoration, giving it a modern yet relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and the room felt spacious and clean. However, one small issue we noticed was that the toilet exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite weak, which sometimes allowed the toilet smell to leak into the room. It wasn’t a major problem for us, but improving the ventilation would definitely make the room experience even better. The swimming pool was truly amazing. It is a 50-meter pool, which is quite rare for resort pools. This makes it perfect not only for relaxing but also for people who enjoy serious lap swimming. If you are someone who likes to exercise while on vacation, you will definitely appreciate this feature. The breakfast buffet was excellent and exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of food options including both international and local dishes. Everything we tried tasted great and the quality was consistently good. Considering the variety and taste, the breakfast offered very good value compared to many other resorts. Another thing we appreciated was how clean, tidy, and well-maintained the entire resort campus was. Walking around the property felt very pleasant. The landscaping, pathways, and common areas were clearly taken care of with great attention. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, efficient, and professional. The staff handled everything quickly while still being friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay, especially because it was a trip with my parents. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and a fantastic swimming pool made this resort a great place to relax and unwind. We would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

AAnonymous UserGood value for money Lumina Villa (Wyndham Garden Resort). What you need is to contact Butler by Katok, which is convenient to respond immediately. The facilities are as good as the photos. The private pool and public pool were all good. The poolside bar hamburger is delicious. Breakfast was added when I checked in, but I was so satisfied. It's a rice noodle restaurant. But there's one thing that's the worst. The rotten smell of the sewer vibrated in the sink. I contacted Butler and the staff came and took action. It was a little better, and eventually it was accompanied by a subtle sewer smell throughout 3 days and 2 nights. If this is improved, this is the accommodation I want to take my baby back.

GGuest UserThe hotel's public areas are stunning; you'll get great photos as long as the weather isn't too bad. The farm is perfect for kids – every morning, we'd go collect two eggs from under the chickens and take them to the breakfast restaurant to be cooked, which was a lovely ritual. Many of the children's crafts are free, and there's a free ice cream hour daily. Plus, they'll occasionally bring watermelons to the pool. The daily complimentary spa is also great value, and the experience would be even better if you go during the off-peak season. Honestly, the overall experience here is much better than the Anantara next door, where every little detail feels designed to make you spend more money. The biggest drawback at The Fusion is that the food is quite mediocre.

AAnonymous UserIn the 4-room villa we stayed in, it seemed like ants had built a nest in the largest room on the first floor, with hordes of ants near the head of the bed. Even after checking in, and the bellboy who helped with our luggage saw and confirmed it, he just sprayed some ant killer and left as if it was nothing. We barely used that room. The hotel shares its lobby with Wyndham Garden, but there's a separate counter across from it. Breakfast is also shared with Wyndham. Buggy service is operated separately from Wyndham and needs to be called via KakaoTalk, but the response is so slow that we often ended up walking. Once, I waited 25 minutes with my golf bag and ended up walking from the lobby to our beachfront villa, carrying a golf bag on each side. The price isn't much different from Wyndham, but it was incredibly inconvenient. Wyndham buggies frequently just drive off after asking for a room number. The outdoor pool on the first floor had no water, and only the rooftop pool was filled. The Wyndham Garden pool was under renovation, so only the infinity pool was available. I think they should address the ant problem first, and at least have someone permanently stationed at the buggy service and lobby counter. Alternatively, if the price difference were greater, it might be an option for value for money. This was my third visit to Nha Trang. If we visit Nha Trang again next time, we'll just opt for a 5-star hotel in the city center. It's quicker to get around without buggies, cleaner, has more good restaurants, and cheaper and better massage places seem more abundant. This is my experience after 4 days at Cam Ranh Villas!

NNadezhda ArtemevaI traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan. The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport. More about the resort: I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly. My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well. My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym. The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people. The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views. In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!

유초이I was a bit worried after seeing many negative reviews about things like poor water quality and a subpar menu. But boy, did we get our money's worth! Our two-night stay was perfect: Friday saw a bubble party and a late-night live club by the water park, and on Saturday, there was even a fire show at the beach bar. The crowd was predominantly Western, especially Russian families, which meant we could enjoy a wholesome, kid-friendly atmosphere even at night. Highly recommended!
