Enjoyed the atmosphere, their customer service and breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel and loved every second of our stay. The hotel is ideally situated for the Victoria Falls and is situated within the national park so you see giraffes, impala’s, monkeys and zebra’s around the grounds. The staff are very attentive, our butler Kennedy was always on hand to assist us. Other members of staff such as Chola, Dorothy and Lupendo made our stay memorable and pleasant and we can’t wait to return for our next visit.

The property is cute and has a wonderful and clean pool with lots of seating choices. Breakfast is great. The staff are all very kind and always ask if you need anything. Rooms a good and very clean. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main street which can be exhausting when it’s 30c+ outside but otherwise in, what looks like, a good neighbourhood. Would recommend.

Great place, very friendly staff, breakfast was just scrumptious. From the downsides is the lack of TV and some amenities, such as toothbrush, hair dryer or a rubbish bin. Besides the minor inconveniences I’d recommend the place!

バックパック一人旅で利用しました。私が利用した際は一人旅の人は多分おらず部屋も1人で使えました。 スタッフは優しく丁寧で、ドミトリーとして標準的な清潔感だと思います。詳細は以下の通りです。 Wi-Fiはレセプション周辺のみで使えて部屋では使えませんでした。シャワーはお湯が出ます。私が訪れたのは4月ですがシャワー室にはたくさんの蚊がいたのでそれは少し残念でした。次の日の朝起きると枕元に大きな蜘蛛がいたのは少し怖かったですがアフリカらしさですね笑笑 部屋にはエアコンはなく、各ベッドについてるファンは作動しないので夏は暑いと思います。 飲める水の出るタップがあるのでそれも便利でした。ロケーションは完璧で、荷物も鍵のある部屋で預かってくれます。 ここはスタッフはとても優しく素晴らしく買ったですが、他の宿泊者に感して残念だったことがありました。これはこのホステルには関係ないので評価には含めていません。ただの宿泊者への注意喚起です。宿泊中1人のナミビアからの40歳ほどの旅行者に声をかけられ挨拶しました。するとその人に、たいした会話もないうちからここには書きたくないようなセクハラを受け、その後もずっと性的な誘いをされ続けました。何度断っても、無視してもです。レセプションにしかWi-Fiがなかったのに、最低限の利用で部屋に引き上げないといけませんでした。もし夜にその人に部屋までついてこられたり、シャワー室で待ち伏せされてたらどうしようと恐怖でした。スタッフに相談することも考えましたがスタッフからの注意で逆上されることも怖くて結局言えませんでした。 ドミトリーという性質上そういう人に会う可能性は常にありますが本当に気持ち悪かったです。彼はよくここを利用していると言っていたのでご注意ください。

It was really nice. The staff were welcoming and friendly. And the place is clean. The only problem I had was when there was no electricity but other than that, really nice.

The room was spacious and clean. I was also able to use the kitchen and washing machine, which was very helpful. The staff were also friendly. It can't be helped, but the power goes out about half the day. Lol

你好 我們入住的東方天鵝酒店 問題太多了 ， 因此我們投訴： 1） 酒店太老舊 空調製冷幾乎不工作的， 當天還有其它客人投訴空調太響了； 2） WiFi 太差了，後來老闆給了我們一個私人的Wi-Fi 因為離的遠，根本沒法使用Wi-Fi； 3） 他們也沒有備用電源， 半夜停電了 一直到第二天早上才有電， 我們抹黑上洗手間，洗澡； 4） 沒有熱水，水太涼了，家人都凍感冒了； 5） 沒有一次性拖鞋，給的很臟很久的拖鞋。 這個酒店太差了

The staff was very enthusiastic and helped me buy a calling card and told me where the station was. The room is big and the food provided is also very good. I only booked for one night and stayed one more night
