What a speechless hotel, not to mention the value for money. The room is low and small, so small that I don’t know what to say. The parking lot is quite large and spacious. The city is also quite speechless, and it is the kind of place where you regret not regretting it. It is recommended that you find a place to eat and stay in a nearby city.

Ottimo B&B situato nella periferia di Passau. Non è a distanza pedonale dal centro. E' dotato di un grande parcheggio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto elevato. LA procedura di check-in è molto veloce. Non viene consegnata una chiave né una card, dato che le porte delle camere sono dotate di tastierino numerico, per cui al vhrvk-in viene fornito numero di camera e codice a 5 cifre per aprire la porta. Il check-out è molto rapido e nel caso di prepagamento di fatto non serve nemmeno farlo,
Le camere non sono molto spaziose ma sono dotate di tutto quello che serve (armadio, tavolino, TV piuttosto grande). Il letto è molto comodo ,un po' meno i cuscini (troppo morbidi). Il bagno ha tutto il necessario, compresa una cabina doccia molto accogliente. Ottima la pulizia. La colazione è piuttosto costosa (eur 10,50/persona) per cui non l'abbiamo provata preferendo una delle tante pasticcerie del centro.
In sintesi un'ottima esperienza: hotel sicuramente consigliabile.

Super Service, mega saubere Zimmer, eine Frühstückauswahl einfach Klasse und ganz viel BIO Sehr leckerer Kaffee, tolle Tee Auswahl Ich bin begeistert! Vom Direktor bis zum Zimmerservice, alle Menschen hier ausgesprochen freundlich wie es kaum wo anders zu finden ist Weiter so! Note 1* in allen Bereichen

Gute Lage in Passau. CheckIn vehlief unkompliziert, Buchungsänderungswunsch wurde berücksichtigt. Zimmer und Bad entsprach dem üblichen b&b-Standart. Zimmer etwas "hellhörig". Positiv die kostenlosen Parkplätze, leider nicht mehr überall bei b&b selbverständlich.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Moser empfangen, so dass wir uns nach der Fahrt herzlich willkommen fühlten. Sie hat uns alles sehr genau erklärt (Code fürs Zimmer, Bushaltestelle in die Altstadt etc). Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber alles, was man braucht. Sie sind sehr sauber und plastikfrei. Das Frühstücksbuffet konnte sich sehen lassen und die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren auch wieder nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden gerne wieder bei B&B-Hotels buchen, wenn wir unterwegs sind.

Es un hotel que está bien en general, pasé únicamente una noche por traslado de trabajo. 📍 La ubicación no está mal pero está alejada del centro, unos 20-30 minutos caminando. 🛏️ La habitación estaba muy bien y equipada. Sencilla, no muy amplia pero sí cómoda y cómoda. Las cortinas no cubrían bien la entrada de luz de la calle. Cama cómoda. 🚽 El baño estaba muy bien también, limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. 🥐 El desayuno, personalmente, me pareció poco completo por 10'50€, apenas había opciones calientes o dulces. 🤵🏻♂️ Personal muy amable. 📶 Buena conexión Wi-Fi en zonas comunes y habitación. 💲Buena relación calidad precio.
