The vibe on entering the hotel was similar to that of a 5 Star property. The check in process was smooth, courteous and professional without any delay. The ambience of the room has been done with detailing. The staff across departments were courteous and welcoming. They were proactive towards your needs and ensured that the guest returns delighted. Some of the staff that need to be called out are Mr. Rohit Mr. Rajkumar, Mr. Alam, Mr Gourav Chauhan from the F & B team and Mr. Vijay Kumar from the housekeeping team. The number of rooms are on the lower side. Overall the hotel is currently catering as a 4 Star but with a few upgrades it may very well cater as a 5 Star property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at c p palace and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and amenities. The hotel staff were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Housekeeping deserves special mention - the room was immaculately clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.
