First time felt disappointed with the photo in Trip.com, I booked Family King Twin Room with Pool view and my room B205, what I see and what they arrangement are totally different, dirty sofa, steel bed, towel bad smell, the shampoos are not mention clearly, very careless for cleanliness, all areas full of Cigarette butt, many dust in the pool, facilities provided uncomplicated as they mentioned, staff look lazy and unfriendly.😡

The hotel is okay for a night or two. The price is good and the location is also quite good. The pool is narrow but located with direct access from the downstairs rooms. We booked the family room but on arrival we were told the loft air conditioner wasn't working, so we were given 2 separate rooms. That was disappointing but we coped. The beds are very hard and the pillows low, which suits me but some may find the hard bed and very basic pillows rather uncomfortable. Still, we handled it okay for 2 nights. Apart from being much cheaper than other hotels in Pattaya our cats could stay for free, which we really appreciated. The wifi worked very well.

I liked the room’s spaciousness and hot water shower.
Check-in instructions were not clearly written for a non-Thai customer. If i knew you had remote check-in and no one manning the front desk i wouldn’t have booked the reservation. The WIFI did not work on the second floor where i was located. Writing a note and leaving it on a desk for maid service is unacceptable for me. Maid service should be done daily unless there is a do not disturb. The outside balcony flooring on the right hand side had 1/4 missing piece of flooring, which is a safety hazard.

Near 7-Eleven and gas station if you ride motorcycle
Very good room and feel chill the balcony is nice but at the morning a bit hot
