perfect location to relax and vibrant mood ambiance

Location is pretty good as it's 5 mins walk to Jomtien beach and it's also 5 mins walk to the market area where there is ample food stalls selling local food... Hotel breakfast simple and pool hardly any guests uses...

Good for quite people but if you wanna enjoy pattaya then search hotel near pattaya beach. The hotel in jomtain beach to much far from main place. But hotel service and people are good

Good Location in Jomtian. Everything is near, Shop, Bar and Beach.

This hotel is fine and I will stay when I go to visit Thailand

It's an older hotel that can be very noisy if you move the chair you're sitting on. They have no pads on the bottom and make a loud screeching noise when moved something that could be fixed quite easily. If someone above you does it you could have a heart attack. The pool is small, there were 2 of us in it and that's all it could fit. When you go out they want you to leave the room key at the front desk. The shower head prevented water from reaching my lower extremities. The TV was a little box, the internet wasn't good and shut off sometimes. The free breakfast was OK you ordered 1 of 4 egg dishes and all the toast, jam, tea and coffee you could eat.

It’s a very basic hotel ina great location. It is on a noisy soi but if your room is facing the right direction it is not problem. I asked to change and they were happy to oblige. The breakfast is on the seventh floor and has great view. The beach is just at the end of the soi and the place is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants!

Budget hotel with good facility, and close to Jomtien Beach

I liked the hotel. For a 2-star hotel, it's very good. The room is large, it has everything you need, a big plus is a full-size refrigerator. They cleaned every day, added shampoo and gel to the dispenser, added toilet paper. The room overlooked the courtyard, it was quiet at night. In the morning, a modest breakfast with a set menu with eggs in 4 options. Brewed coffee, this is a big plus, and with it there is always toast with jam. I was very satisfied, at home I have breakfast before work about the same. Clean pool on the 3rd floor, just to plunge into the heat, not for long relaxation. The location is just great, not far from the bus station for a trip to Bangkok, the Night Market is also not far, a little more than 10 minutes on foot. The beach is nearby, 300 meters away. The sea is not like on Koh Lan, but acceptable, I swam and sunbathed. In general, the hotel is quite suitable for a short budget stay.

Since it is an old hotel, the room is in the same condition as the others. It is okay to sleep in. There is an old-fashioned TV with a glass screen and a cable channel that is not very clear. There are no labels on the gel and shampoo. However, the location is excellent. There is also breakfast. Note: The photo was taken on the day of return.

The hotel is old but clean. We stayed for 3 days on the 5th floor, there were no insects. Breakfast is not a buffet. The pool is deep but small. There is a balcony. Quiet room with air conditioning. We were satisfied with everything. We recommend it. The downside is that the water pressure in the shower is not very strong.
