This is my second time staying in this hotel. The room is spacious for what it is paid for. It is value for money, but don't expect 4 or 5 stars quality. The breakfast is quite nice, but sausage is quite bad.

Every is perfect. The best part of this hotel is its ambiance and excess to beach within hotel area. Best sea view hotel in Pattaya. Breakfast is super good. I request hotel owner to please change the old fashion toilet seat. Overall awesome stay!!

It's good. Just the bed need to upgrade. It's quiet old and hard for a 4 star hotel. (Just a suggestion) But everything is good. Thank you for the experience.

Don't book this hotel. First off, the hotel stinks. It smells like a mixture of cigarette smoke and mildew. My room was dirty, specifically the bathtub. When I asked to switch rooms, they refused, two to three times. The manager went to "check out" the room, only to tell me, the room was ok. It was not. I ended up booking another hotel because I didn't feel comfortable there. It was only when I was waiting for transportation to the other hotel that the manager said I could switch rooms. When I tried to get a refund the staff also lied about them offering me a new room, conveniently leaving out that the first refused. Do not book this hotel. If you do, you do so at your own risk.

The location is perfect right at the beach front! However the hotel is old. It definitely was a nice hotel in the past but now the rooms are old and have a bad smell. The ac doesn’t work very well and front desk lacks hospitality. However the cleaning staff is great super polite and do a great job! Would not stay again for the price.

The hotel is very close to the beach and many rooms have a nice view of the ocean and the island. The pool area is clean and nice. The swimming pool is clean. The breakfast is good. Most guests are Chinese and Russian families. The biggest problem are the several trash dump sites at the beach. It's a small cosy beach and is mostly used by hotel guests. Why can't the hotel clean out the trash?

The room that I booked was not bad. It is pretty clean, air conditioner is good worked. The interior is old and there is not so much lighting. The hotel’s territory is beautiful, it was so pleasant and comfortable to be there.

It's difficult to rate this one. On the one hand its location and facilities are great. Having a good quality beach right next to your hotel is a rarity in Pattaya. It is a quiet place, offering some respite from the hustle and bustle of the city proper, which is only a 10 minute motorbike (or taxi) ride away. However, there are some caveats. The hotel itself is gigantic and feels like a small town with its hundreds of rooms on 7 floors. It was built quite some time ago, and it shows. The bathroom feels really dated, and the AC, in particular, was way too loud for a quiet night. On top of that, someone thought it was a great idea to conduct maintenance work at 9 a.m. The beds, however, are super comfortable, the pool area is great, as is the on-site cafe. So, really a mixed bag. The price is certainly right, so perhaps you should check it out and decide for yourself.

Fantastic 2-night stay there! Wonderful seaview, large compound, clean pool, beautiful garden & private beach made us happy throughout the stay. Staff are really helpful as they helped us change the dates of stay & a complimentary late checkout until 2 pm. Probably one of the best hotels with a private beach in Pattaya. For sure, we'll stay there again whenever we visit Pattaya.

1st impression hotel look old& old smell but inside room quite ok, very good seaview, comfortable when sleep, mattress and pillows’s very good quality and we feel so relax. Bellboy‘s quite very service and suggest hotel facilities, he introduce hotel’s new cafe with very good location,very good sea view and tasty beverage. We got a full rest here. Breakfast’s acceptable,it ok but seating not enough. Overall is good, we think we may be come back again. Thank you

The room or hotel building look old but clean and secure, the location is good. I love the yard or garden view, breakfast and the sea view restaurant is the best

A bit old but they are clean and got their own private beach and big swimming pool. Also they got in room service that u just scan the qr code to orde, very convenient. Closed to the pier to Koh Larn
