Terrible experience.
I was locked in the room and pressured to pay 1,000 THB for a small blood stain — even though I was forced to wash the sheet myself, and it came off with just soap.
The female owner shouted over the phone.
Be warned: they try to charge 1,000 THB for any minor stain. Feels like a scam.

the ocean view was so good and room is big and have individual kitchen and washing machine . the other amenities like swimming pool and common are good .

There was a small cockroach the minute we opened the door. lol. The entire place could use a deep clean. It does not smell funky but the sofa bed and the throw pillows were not clean. Plus, we need to deal w/ 3 diff staff to check in and out. Not so convenient. The place was nice and perfect location. I remember staying at building b with my hubby 2 yrs ago. That room was not that clean, too. Either way, it is a decent place.

On arrival for my two day stay I was told I would have to change apartment after one night rather than just stay in the two bedroom apartment they changed me to because of an A/C problem. Most inconvienient but I agreed.
When I got to the apartment I found several problems:
-the kitchen sink was dripping loudly
-the bed linen didn't fit the bed
-one of the showers was extreamly loud
-there were no small lights or down lights at all (other than the ones on the ceiling)
-there were no proper towels (just a piece of nylon material)
-there were only two elevators and they were slow (of course not the owners fault)
I told the owner about the problems and said as I would be moving the following morning (at thier request) I might was well change to a new hotel. I think I quite reasonably asked for a refund for the second night but it was refused. Extreamly disapointing.
Poor value. Terrible service. Don't stay here.
