"Aware team"
Hotel Praia Grande
"A terrible receptionist, he looks at you with a hell face, it seems that you are deserving a favor to her. Everyone there is a disgusting. The bad room service, they come in our room when we are not just to make the bed, unnecessary. Super uncomfortable bed, old, noisy, hard cocktail that looks like a rough. simple coffee, but ok. I don't recommend any way! Search better and go elsewhere!"
Pousada Baía Dos Açores
"The hotel is beautiful and well located. The rooms are large and have a beautiful mto decor. The hotel has a simple, elegant decor that doesn't tire. In some rooms there is a balcony in front and a balcony in the bottom where there is a balcony and a shower to wash your feet after the beach. I thought the idea of the balcony was great, because we always return with wet clothes from the beach and there is nowhere to dry. The bed and bathroom are great. For me the only thing would be higher wallpapers, but that's a personal taste. The shower is excellent. And the delicious breakfast with many options. That's the most sympathy of all staff. A grace for all of them since the reception, such as Giovanna and the girls in the kitchen and the governance."
Pousada Marinamarela
"The children loved were sad at the time of coming away, super amusing environment! The bar is show! And the sound (pleasant music) goes up to some 22h/ 23h . We order portions and lunch everything very well served ! You have a restaurant in front, closed late, a wonderful! We'll be sure to come back! The breakfast buffet is a shower ! The front beach is not suitable for bath , but there are about 50 meters from the beach in , quiet sea , we could walk up standing paddle and cajaque for the first time was very legal ! I recommend that hostel and I will return more times if God will!"
Vila Olaria Hotel
"Vila Olaria is a hotel with a privileged location, as it's right in front of the employee entrance to Beto Carrero World, making it within walking distance of the park. However, walking back is awkward, as some parts are quite dark, and you'll be very tired after walking around the park all day. I want to emphasize that the accommodation's strong point is its location. We stayed in two ground-floor rooms, which was super important for my elderly mother. The room we stayed in had a double bed and a bunk bed, comfortably accommodating four people. It also had a wardrobe, a table, a smart TV, and a small balcony with a clothesline (very useful, by the way, for those traveling with children). The bathroom is simple, with equally standard amenities. Nothing to impress about. In reality, the hotel needs a makeover; the bathroom had leaks, and the sink was always clogged, constantly filling up when we went to use it. As for the restaurant, it's outsourced, leaving much to be desired in terms of service. Our first breakfast was on a Sunday, so I thought the breakfast was varied and well-served. As the days went by, the quality and quantity decreased. I found the breakfast very weak on the following days. We had to have dinner at the hotel restaurant on the second night because we were very tired from the park. There was only one person to serve, who took orders and cooked; in addition to having a limited variety, very few options; so it took too long for the food to be ready. We found the food very mediocre, besides being very expensive. It doesn't justify the price we paid at all. From that day on, we ordered takeout through iFood on subsequent days. So, in my opinion, the restaurant needs to be reviewed. At breakfast, due to a lack of staff, we would eat and the plates would remain on the table; they only cleared them when you got up, leaving the table in a mess. Very unpleasant!!! The staff are kind, but they don't exactly charm the customer. The hotel also has a space for mothers to prepare their children's meals; it's a super clean and organized space, which I found to be one of the hotel's highlights. Another point worth mentioning is the service from the hotel staff, especially Pedro, who was super kind from the moment we arrived. He offered us coffee, which was always hot in the reception area, along with some cookies, and always kept us informed when our food orders arrived – very kind indeed. One thing that's very annoying is that everything in the hotel is outsourced, so if you get water, for example, you have to pay for it immediately; it's not included in the bill to be paid at checkout, which is very unpleasant!!! The heated pool is wonderful; it was incredible to arrive tired and relax in the pool, I loved it. Very clean, very organized…!!! The hotel has a games room and a great playground for young children, which is the case for mine, who is 4 years old. There's nothing seriously wrong with the hotel, but it needs some refurbishment."
Pousada Quinta da Baleeira

Pousada Canto da Vigia
"On the website, the guesthouse seemed very charming, but we were disappointed upon arrival. Although we had booked one of the best rooms, it was tiny. The walls of the room were made of glass, covered by curtains. There is no soundproofing. If someone is using the barbecue, which is next to the room, the noise can be bothersome. The TV is in an awkward position in relation to the bed. It's not comfortable to watch TV, which, by the way, only gets 7 free-to-air channels and with static. Sky is only available in the TV room, near the reception. There is a shelf at the head of the bed that prevents us from leaning back. Very inconvenient. The wardrobe is very small and has only 2 hangers. It's impossible to organize clothes properly. The apartment has a mini-fridge, but it doesn't even have glasses. The floor of the room is made of small bricks, and it was covered in mold. Many cobwebs on the light fixture above the bed. Mosquitoes. Bathroom with an electric shower, but the shower stall is too narrow; it's better to shower sideways to avoid hitting your elbows on the shower stall; The bathroom ceiling was made of tempered glass, so it was like a greenhouse, since there are no windows in the bathroom; the toilet paper was single-ply, and the trash can was rusty. The bathroom door lacks finishing. For the price charged per night, we expected better quality. The inn is located on the edge of the beach; the sea is very rough. Room service has little variety, which is a drawback, since there are no restaurant options nearby. Positive point: excellent service. All the staff are very helpful and friendly."
