Horrible! The dirtiest hotel I have ever been to! It is not 4 star. 2 at a push. The carpets are filthy! The rooms are not cleaned! Food is horrible. Avoid at all costs! Lifeguards sitting looking at their phone while smoking at the side of the pool in the water park. The pool tiles are falling off and lots missing. Never seen the pool area cleaned at all. Rubbish still sitting the next morning from the day before.

Place was pure filth. Staff could not be bothered to be there more interested in their phone than their jobs. Watch your children like hawks in the pool they will only come over after incidents. Like 18 month old falling in pool. Also don't use the pool the hour of rain we had backed the drains up where did the water go right into the pool. What did they use to clean off the rain, yup the dirty sewer pool. Some how they messed up the food how can it be wet,cold,soggy and dry when it's supposed to be dry foods. Oh and just the hint of snot from the chef blowing his nose into his bare hands!! They at least swept the rooms. Didn't leave enough towels for two people and made the bed with the same bedding for the duration the "ink" stains didn't move once. Don't waste your money unless you want to feature it on worlds worst hotels. I could go on but just skimming over shows how bad it is.

Our second time having vacation in Anastasia and againnwe loved it! They did listen our wishes and made them happen. Also had fresh fruits and wine as welcoming us in our room. Staff are all great and we are already wishing to return there latest at next summer. Beach really close and it is awesome for scuba-diving. Waterpark is nice too. Nothing bad to say! Thank you again, Anastasia!!❤️

Terrible hotel staff are rude, food is terrible the water is dirty whole family got a infection off the dirty water rooms don’t get cleaned properly mould on the mirror battery on key card ran out anyone can get in the room balcony door doesn’t open

Fantastic hotel on a beautiful island. Hotel was perfect for families, with multiple pools and water park. The entertainment and activities could be better but the staff were warm and friendly. Big shout out to the dinner staff, especially Sashka who worked every day and night that we were there, always had a smile and joke with her, thanks so much from 009

The first week was fine, even though they forgot our drink order once or twice. But the second week. The room service was terrible. We came to our room after a day of swimming and obviously we would like to take a shower. When me and my family showed up the room wasn’t even cleaned. The bed sheets looked dirty and not even laid on. Not to mention they stopped giving us towels, we had to go 4 days in a row to the reception asking for towels. Terrible. Oh and there were insects and spiders on the ceiling. Definitely do not recommend this hotel. There are many other places where you can get better quality for lower price.
