Seagull Hotel Apartments
"Very clean good size room which is a little dated but not an issue, apart from the shower head not being fixed to the wall which made showering difficult! Unable to receive Wi-Fi in the room, nor many TV channels! Really good swimming pool with an abundance of Sun beds and shades and great.location close to many bars and restaurants, which is good as the hotel bar didn't have any draft beers available! Staff were friendly enough but reception desk regularly unattended! Big car park but open to outsiders! So, all in all, a mixed bag but ok for the 3 nights we stayed, although I couldn't take much more of that shower!!"
Bohemian Gardens Hotel
"Upon arrival hotel is very clean and the rooms are really nice housekeeping perfect however on my first morning there I was in the outside breakfast restaurant bit in a bikini with baggy white bottoms on covering my lower half I was told by this waitress to cover up and put some more clothes on. She had a ponytail black hair always in the breakfast area. On the evening we ordered some food during eating we were approached rudely and demanding to pay while we only just dug in this is not good customer service. You should wait for the customer to ask for the bill instead I was begged. The food and drinks are standard for a four-star hotel so I would say the drink and the food and cleanliness is very good apart from what has happened. Overall I would say restaurant staff 0 out of 10 for customer service however housekeeping was absolutely lovely and I gave them a tip."
Anastasia Waterpark Beach Resort
"It is hard to knock this hotel based on price, given the deal we received on an all inclusive basis. However, the cleanliness around the pool and in the dining area was terrible. The staff were present in numbers but were more interested in laughing at each other, or making faces behind the backs of guests. The food was okay and what I would expect from a knock it out to the masses experience, but it lacked any flavour and most was over cooked or had just been left to be served for to too long so was dry and tough. The room was basic, but the two single beds pushed together had been so used that there were large impressions in the beds, which actually made it a task turn in the night. Would I stay here again. Unfortunately No, and I would warn others that there are better places to stay, even if the price looks to good to be true. 3 out of 10."
Toxotis Hotel
"Good location, friendly staff, good drinks, room are small but that's not an issue if you are fit. The young barman guy was very friendly. Rooms cleaned every day, new sets of towels. Manyyy english people, loud and annoying so if u don't mind the hotel is good for you. The only thing I would complain is the food, very poor choice for vegetarians, had to take few takeaways. Missing hairdryer :("
Tsokkos Gardens Hotel

Windmills Hotel Apartments
"Great location , helpful staff. Highly recommended"
Atlantica Sea Breeze, Adults Only
"This hotel is the ultimate relaxation location. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We have found no issues at all. If you want hi energy then it’s not for you, if you want to lounge on the softest loungers I’ve ever used want to just chill out , head this way. Complaints about noise are over. Hotel next door is now in soft finish stage. Distance noise from further afield but you don’t hear it around the pool. We are in room 117, very clean, good size and storage space. View is limited seating view. Not great view but unless you pay premium for full sea view I don’t understand how anyone could complain. Food is varied and more than enough. Pool side waiter service! Fabulous! Bar staff are great. Jamie who checked us in was so nice. Buses frequently come right outside to all the surrounding areas you might want to see. Overall it’s lovely and we are only half way through."
At Herbal Boutique Hotel & Spa
"Previous to our recent break at the At Herbal hotel my wife and daughter had a very good experience of a spa day and recommended the place for a stay We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and paid on 11/11/24 for a three-day break from 18/05/25. We had a little problem on arrival as the room reception sent us to was already occupied. That was quickly resolved, into a room unsuitable for a wheelchair. Please be aware that there are no grab rails , no drop downs, and the toilets are extremely low, and our break began. I am severely disabled with serious food allergies. These were all handled with skill and sensitivity by the staff particularly those in the restaurant. We had a pleasant relaxing time and on the evening of my wife’s birthday staff sang happy birthday and presented her with a cake and a bottle of prosecco. The problem arose at checkout when the staff were adamant that I had not paid in advance. I produced my receipt, and this was deducted from the bill, and I made the mistake of thinking all was done. After I had got into our taxi adapted for my disabled buggy my wife came out to say that the hotel would not let us leave without paying again for our stay. I was in considerable pain and aware our driver had another pick-up soon. So to say the least I was not in a good place to deal with what was clearly becoming a serious confrontation. As a result, I did pay again on my credit card to enable us to leave and the driver to get us home in time for his next job. On returning to our apartment where we had secure wi-fi, my wife got up our statements and these showed clearly that we had been debited for our stay at At Herbal, on 11/11/24. I presented all this again to the manager at the Hotel and requested an immediate refund as he now had a photo of the bank statement a copy of the receipt and a copy of the overpayment. In his email he made it clear “As we already told you our accounting department is checking for the amount “ that this would happen at his convenience and that despite the receipt he was not going to refund our money until his account’s department said so. By this time, I was very stressed and distressed as this was meant to be a little treat for my wife and it had become anything but a treat. Also, as one of my disabilities is PTSD the stress really kicked things off again and that night I was very restless and had to get up at 3:30 to deal with all the hassle going on in my head. The money was ,a week later, refunded to my credit card. I have never received an explanation of how the incident happened. I have not received an apology, especially for the suggestion that we tried to leave without paying the bill, which as a retired minister I found deeply offensive. We have not received any compensation for all that we went through."

Papouis Protaras Hotel ex smartline Protaras
"The door to our room did not open properly couldn't get luggage in and out. A plug set on fire. Luckily we was in the room. Staff did not seem to care on reception at all. Kids club staff mediocre at best. Shower flooded room every time turned on. Cleaners did'nt change bedding just re made beds even when bedding was dirty. Booked a family room it was 2 single beds squashed together and toddler sized bunks squashed up to the single beds, my daughter is 12 and her feet was hanging over the edge of the bed. No room to put clothes or luggage. these rooms are for couples only NOT familys. Our whole party of 9 people was repeatedly sick when eating here. Paid for all inclusive and had to eat out most of the time as the food made us poorly. We like eating out but when paying for all inclusive like to be able to eat in the hotel sometimes aswell. We have stayed in Cyprus before and love it but this was definitely not the experience we wanted after paying over £14,000. The hotel floor was extremely slippy we witnessed multiple people a day falling and banging heads. TUI has been absolutely shocking no response to any of the complaints made just closed the complaint without speaking to us. We did speak to staff multiple times to give the hotel and tui rep chance to rectify some problems only for them to ignore these reports. We have never had a problem staying in Cyprus before and are bound to have the odd miss hap on holiday but this was far too much. would definitely not recommended as a family hotel."
Althea Kalamies Luxury Villas
"The location is fantastic, just 30 steps from the beach. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring three bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a lovely pool. Daily cleaning and fresh towels are provided. We also enjoyed complimentary drinks, sweets, and fresh fruits."
