Flouressia Gardens

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flouressia Gardens in October 2023 as a family of five. Our only regret is not booking directly with them rather than using a third party website. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which had the bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is a stair gate on top of the stairs which were quite steep. We was glad to have this. The downstairs area was lovely and spacious, with a kitchen/diner and lounge. Also a downstairs toilet. If we were to visit again with three children, we would opt for the villas across the road for the extra bedroom. The apartments themselves feature a fantastic outdoor BBQ area, perfect for self-catering. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and a large fridge, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was ideal, with local bars and restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed the sports bar at the end of the road for drinks and pub grub—a great spot for my sports-enthusiast husband. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to Cyprus (we visit most years). We had four other family members staying here also. One family stayed in a studio and the other a one bedroom apartment, both of which were spacious and very clean. There was an ant problem in one and the management soon fixed it. No request was too much. The pool area was quiet (until our kids arrived!). Plenty of loungers, no need to reserve beds. There was also a place to borrow children’s equipment that had been left. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and we would recommend it to friends and family. On a separate note: I would recommend hiring a car when visiting Cyprus, as there are many amazing beaches and restaurants worth exploring in the area. So if you do stay here make sure you get yourself a car!

Just finished our 11 night stay in room 101. It was a change for us as we usually do all inclusive hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Lovely little complex with everything you need. Pool is clean and plenty of sunbeds. First half was a lot more peaceful and had the pool to ourselves. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is so good if you love the beach and busy towns. You can walk 5 mins and you’re on the seafront where you can walk along for miles. Protaras ***** is not far either. We hired a car so we went all over. Room 101 is split level, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a seperate toilet downstairs. We had a jacuzzi and bbq and own sunloungers. Towels were provided too! Really happy with our accommodation and sure we will return. We got late check out and homemade cake which was an extra nice touch. Only downside is the water pressure is poor so washing your hair is hard in the shower and husband found the mattress uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience! Welcomed by Maria with her freshly made cake. Villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. No problems at all. Not too far to the shops and the beach. Parking for our car. Thank you so much. We are sad to go. Cyprus is lovely.

What a find on ***********, we had a one bedroom bungalow with absolutely everything we needed it even came with a barbecue and two outside eating areas, it was very clean and the pool area the same, bars are walkable but we opted to hire a car so we could get out and about to the beautiful beaches Protarus and Paralimni have to offer. Elena is an absolute asset to this establishment nothing was to much trouble and she even allowed us a room to have a few hours sleep before ours was ready as we arrived so early, we were even brought cake on the second day! We would definitely recommend and return thank you very much for a really lovely stay x

Well where do I start. Been coming cyprus for 25yrs stayed at flouressia 16 years. It's a home from home. Our 2nd home. Apartments are very clean spacious have everything you need washing machine too. Pool fab no fighting for sunbeds. Has an outside bar but been shut since covid but shop round the corner and drinks are cheap enough. Maria the owner leaves beautiful coconut cake or orange cake for when you arrive. Love coming back missed it the last 2yrs xx

We just got back from the apartments, have to say a lovely quite place set in the middle of the of everything. its about a 10 minute walk to the busy ***** of protaras which has the bars and restaurants including an open air cinema .plenty of things to do for the kids like fair grounds and arcades. Its a five minute walk to the sea front with a lovely path that follows the sea front which is ten miles long. Their is a great Thai massage on the front 35 euro's for a full body, loved that. Me personally I love the beach by the gold coats hotel, but you have got a thirty minute walk to it has a lovely taverna on it called kallmirs best food ever. The apartments are well equipped has lovely beds and a great pool with very nice sun loungers. Elina the lady that's helps to runs the place make a lovely bit of cake missing that already. We are coming back soon . Thank you for a lovely stay. also I forgot to say if your getting car go to sunrentals on the ***** their helpful and very good with their prices. Can't wait to go back see you guys soon. xx
