Nice retreat from the city, separate toilet and shower, comes with a bathtub. Good breakfast spread, it was delicious and has a nice view of the lake. Rooms have mountain and lake view. Love the whirlpool and indoor & outdoor pool. The view from the pools are awesome and the sauna is great. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Fantastic, staff friendly, clean, nice rooms good food and everybody helpfull. The spa area was super good. Pools were good, open early in the morning. Hot tub was nice and you can jump in to the water and go staight to the tub again. Relaxing atmosphere in the "Ruheraum" and overall a very good stay.

This was our 3rd vacation at this hotel. We love its location right on the water of Achen see and the Resturant settle on different levels. this time we were somehow frustrated becaus nothing has been renew or modernezid. lights in the room was poor, same old TV, old thin towels. no shower at the suite.

Beautifully situated right next to the lake, the hotel is in a prime spot. With stunning views all around. The breakfast was amazing, and evening dining was nice. Spa was lovely and staff very friendly. I would say I was expecting abit more in the rooms for the price. Great stay

This is one of the best hotels around the lake. Modern stylish rooms, lobby and restaurant. Splendid wellness area with beautiful views on the lake. Try the panorama sauna and jump into the lake afterwards. A la carte restaurant with an elaborate menu.

Stayed at this location with a business trip and the hotel was stunning. Beautiful spa, great food and the staff were great. I’d loved to stay here again in the summer for hiking, walking trips. The rooms were spacious, great view of the mountains. The pool section was relaxing and to be able to enjoy the steam rooms, spas and saunas was a treat at the end of a long day of meetings

Pros: The only true lakefront hotel in Pertisau .Comfortable rooms and excellent housekeeping service . Nice reception staff . Cons : Dinner quality /taste /price subpar .Would suggest a new chef . Spa is understaffed . Food quality in Pertisau is generally below average with few exceptions.

"Extremely disappointing and pathetic service from the hotel and PURIA SPA!! Inconsiderate behavior and stubborn attitude towards the customer for any request raised especially from the hotel receptionist. Inflexibility in spa timings as they close the spa reception as early as 7pm and further requests after that cannot even be forwarded to the hotel reception as the receptionist gives lame excuses that they have no contact with the spa services and tells us that it is run separately. However, billing is done through the hotel reception... Ridiculous! I traveled with my 18 month old child and there was not even basic room service of water or milk and the rooms were not cleaned properly!!... A horrible overall experience!"
