The 2 star hotel rating does not reflect how good this charming well run family hotel is. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. ( special mention for the housekeeping staff always warm and smiling ).The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable (small bathroom) mini fridge is a bonus. In the mornings we opted for the €3 coffee and croissant, which we felt was very good value for money. Overall this is a lovely small family run quality hotel, and they do right to be proud of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Really friendly staff and hotel's location ideal, 10 minutes walk from airlink bus. Had a great room, with terrace and a spectacular view. Quiet area of town and very comfortable beds. Free wi-fi is always a plus. I chose 7 Perugia hotels to email - these guys came back with the most informative email and details of how to get from the airport. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here for the Umbria Jazz Fest. Very very nice small family run hotel. Friendly with good communication even for non-Italiano speakers both during our stay and preceeding for considerations before our arrival for suggestions for transport from Rome. Lovely outdoor terrace with all day bar service which we used frequently for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The Superior room with panoramic views & A/C definitely worth the upgrade for a few extra Euros. btw find the escalator system (by the bus station) - way better for getting up to the main squares.

Located at the end of Corso Cavour towards Porta Romana, in a nice alley, is very convenient ,out of the crowded historic centre, 10 min.walking distance from the main attractions, The staff is helpful and welcoming. We had the luxury room with a lovely terrace on the roofs of the valley. Rooms are very clean and quiet. There is a small bar and an outdoor sitting space with tables surrounded by plants , no breakfast, but you can ask for a coffee and brioche the night before. Very good choice.

I enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff. Okay location: 15 minutes' walk to the center of the old town. Good restaurant across the street. No A/C. Weather was cooling so I slept with the windows open....mosquitoes. If you drive, parking could be challenging.

Siamo stati ospiti per questo weekend e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Stanze estremamente pulite, dotato di tutto il necessario ma soprattutto cortesia e gentilezza da parte dei gestori. Quando torneremo a Perugia certamente alloggeremo all’Hotel Signa. Consigliatissimo.

Hotel che si trova a 10 min a Piedi dal centro di Perugia. Posizione ottima sia per parcheggiare la macchina sia per spostarsi a piedi. Personale cortese ed educato disponibile h24 per il cliente. Hotel pulitissimo. Veniva fatto ogni giorno il cambio biancheria e fatte le pulizie. Ambiente silenzioso e adatto per chi vuole riposarsi.

ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel in una camera singola (davvero comoda e pulita). l'hotel è in centro e considerando la qualità prezzo è veramente conveniente. il personale alla reception davvero gentile e disponibile. se dovessi tornare a Perugia lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione.

Magnifico Hotel in centro, vicinissimo a bar e ristoranti ma comunque in zona tranquilla. I proprietari e il personale gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Camere ordinate e pulitissime. Perugia è un piccolo gioiello ed abbiamo trovato nell'Hotel Signa un ambiente accogliente e familiare. Da riprenotare per prossima occasione!
