房間規整，離海近，出門走幾分鐘（100米）下去就是免費沙灘，方便停車，鄰里友好，玩沙歸來民宿樓下有免費沖洗水管，旁邊還有個海鮮麪小店，挖沙趕海工具方便購買，沙灘方向剛好正對正東，早晨起來不用爬山就能看海上日出！ 衹是這裏的海由於海是大凹灣區，夏季聚集了大量的水母海葵等刺胞生物，下水有刺痛和被蟄的感覺，蠻疼的，一開始以為是蚊子皰遇海水所致，但是穿衣服無傷口的地方也有被電的刺痛感，在別的地方像象山普陀山大青山嵊泗都沒有遇到，查了網上才發現是以上原因！尤其是8月份！好像還沒什麼可防護！因為浮游生物及碎片極小，肉眼不可見！得做好心裏準備！畢竟是“免費非開放野灘”，一致於我到了附近其他的沙灘也不敢下水了！ 但是民宿和周邊是非常好的！向北過個隧道有個石子門村，那裡是漁船停泊點，向東南沿海公路幾公里就是涼峙村，風車山就在涼峙上面，可以開車上去。
