As for getting to Shaolin Temple, it was a breeze — just a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. Overall, this hotel really hit the mark with its amenities and location!

This stay at the guesthouse on this side of the mountain completely exceeded my expectations, making it arguably the most pleasant short trip I've had recently—I have to give it a shout-out! Let me start with the most stunning aspect: the environment and the view. The guesthouse truly lived up to its name; opening the window revealed a breathtaking panorama of rolling mountains. In the early morning, you could even see the mountainside shrouded in mist, the whole scene resembling a traditional Chinese ink painting. When the sun came out, you could see Wansui Peak, one of the 72 peaks of Songshan Mountain, right outside the window. The room's natural wood tones paired with soft lighting instantly relieved the fatigue of my journey. The sheets and blankets were clean and tidy, and the room was warm and cozy, with no dampness even on rainy days. The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing travel tips and introducing local delicacies in Dengfeng. I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse.

A very good B&B with beautiful scenery and clean environment, just next to Shaolin Temple. The boss lady is very hospitable. The baked pancakes for breakfast were so delicious. They were sandwiched with homemade side dishes and the fragrant millet porridge. It was a real treat! When we were leaving, seeing that we loved eating, the lady boss gave us a few more pancakes to eat on the way, and even gave us a handful of green onions! Because there were elderly people and children, even though it was only five or six hundred meters away from the Shaolin Temple, the boss was very kind and used his car to take us to the entrance of the scenic spot! Before leaving, we wanted to buy some cough medicine and asked the boss. The boss enthusiastically took us directly to the health center in the village! All in all, an unexpectedly pleasant experience, highly recommended! 👍👍

The hotel is very clean and elegant, our room was spacious, well decorated and equipped. The bed was very big and comfortable. Healthy breakfast served in the room at preferred time. A homestay that deserves 100 points! The room is clean and tidy, and the towels and other supplies are of good quality. It is much more comfortable than the three or four hundred hotels I booked before! The breakfast is also delicious! There are many kinds of food! Eat well! The most important thing is! The uncles and aunts are very enthusiastic, considerate, and friendly (a hundred words of praise omitted here). The next day, we went to climb Songshan Mountain, and the luggage was stored in the homestay. I came back at 6 o'clock after climbing. Because I had to go to Zhengzhou to take the high-speed rail at 9 o'clock, I wanted to rest in the lobby. The uncles and aunts were not impatient at all! Instead, they brought us water and bananas from time to time, and fried cakes for us a little later in case we were hungry! It's really so nice! With such a boss, it's hard not to be happy! Staying at this homestay during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday was a surprise! When I stepped into the small courtyard, I was amazed by the environment of the yard. The fruit trees planted by the boss himself are officially ripe in the season. The boss generously let us eat and gave the basket to pick. The room rate of more than 100 is really worth it. The most important thing is that the boss and the boss are super good. At dinner, the boss saw us dining outdoors and took the initiative to send mosquito repellent incense. We stayed here for two nights. Not only the environment is good, the fruit is delicious, but also the unforgettable human touch. It is highly recommended to every friend who pursues quality travel!

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the entrance of Shaolin Temple. It's about the same standard as a homestay. The utensils are all disposable and very simple. I want to complain about the water heater, which is a very small electric water heater. It takes half of the hot water to wash your face with hot water, and you have to wait for it to keep boiling. The shower head sprays very small and fine water. I dare not wash my hair for fear that it will not wet my hair.

It is indeed a big bed room, the facilities are basically everything, that is, the toiletries need to be picked up at the front desk, this hotel is very close to the Shaolin Scenic Area of Lushan, and it is about 900m on foot.
