The location is close to a high-end homestay in Huangguoshu Waterfall. All aspects greatly exceeded expectations. The room size and facilities are comparable to five-star hotels. The overall design is atmospheric and the public space is sufficient. The butler's one-to-one service is very intimate, and the nearby attractions are taken over. Living here is definitely better than those homestays around the entrance of Huangguoshu Waterfall, and it is better to run back and forth from Guiyang!

A great stay experience! Before check-in, the housekeeper will pull a group to inform the detailed address and ask if you want to make an appointment for lunch and dinner. You can order food from the menu with a clear price. The store also upgraded the room for free and sent sleep tea and flowers at night! The service attitude is very good. The room is very soundproof and the facilities are very user-friendly. For example, the hair dryer has different hair dryer heads, there is a night light at the bottom of the bed, the trash can is a large square trash can (very convenient for throwing things), there is a small shelf next to the bathtub to put things, and there is an air outlet above the bathtub. It is just right to blow the wind when it is hot. A yoga mat is also provided. These small details are well designed, and the TV can watch VIP movies! The breakfast is very rich and can be served until 10 o'clock (very friendly for people like me who almost never catch up with breakfast when staying in a hotel), and the taste of lunch is also very good. The hotel also has a photographer who can make an appointment to take pictures! The environment is very quiet, I like it very much, and I will go again next time.

My favorite hotel in Qianxinan, Guizhou, must go to [Guanling] and [Beipanjiang Grand Canyon]. The hotel is facing Guanling, and you can feel the Baling Bridge up close (the infrastructure ****** is really amazing). The corner on the right side of the terrace on the 4th floor (remember to pay attention to safety), stand there, the whole mountain is yours! It was a sunny day + starry sky + heavy rain + drizzle after the rain, from spectacular to fairy-like, the boss lady has a good aesthetic! The view is better than several surrounding hotels, in my opinion, much better. The guy is also good, took us to see the waterfall and take pictures, very enthusiastic!

先説問題吧，就我個人的審美而言，酒店的正面外觀比較一般，公共區域，包括前台、餐廳、觀景休閑區的佈置比較普通，不太符合這個價位該有的感覺，因為上個月剛住過附近的匠廬，所以會有點對比，服務的感覺不夠專業，整體會有點家庭作坊的感覺，在溝通的時候手裡煙也沒停，這一點是我比較在意的。
再説説優點，酒店的房間，特別是我們住到的索嶺感覺很驚喜，設施齊全，裝修設計到位，位置也很絕，獨立私密，又視野廣闊，很愛，讓我們度過了很舒適的一天～景觀也是絕絕子，可以看到大橋和瀑布，雖然遠了點，最重要的是對面的羣山，現在少有這樣的機會盡情看落日、觀月色、賞星星，聽蟲鳴、看飛鳥了；雖然前面吐槽了一點服務，但還是能看得出來他們很努力很用心，一開始預訂的房間不符合預期的時候很用心幫忙解決了，有什麼需求也能及時響應，第二天離開的時候還專門送我們去了我們想去的地方，感謝！對了，民宿的餐食也很不錯，好吃不貴，很有貴州特色。
總體來説，雖然存在一些問題，但優點也很多，值回票價！希望可以繼續完善，以後有機會再來～

Hahaha, this is a fatal temptation for mountain climbing. And the free pick-up and drop-off is unlimited. We left our luggage at the hotel, and the owner quickly sent us to the pick-up point. The hotel is newly opened, and all the supplies are new, clean and hygienic. It is very safe to live in. The owner will ask if you need any help, and just tell him what you need. A very satisfying accommodation experience

Wenxiang Hotel should be one of the few hotels that impressed me. Five years ago, I led the team to Guizhou Province to travel, to stay in the hotel in Huangguoshu Scenic Area, because my team leader's travel team is mainly middle-aged and elderly, so after careful selection on the Internet, I chose to stay at Huangguoshu Wenxiang Hotel.
At that time, it was mainly because the hotel was not open for a long time, the online reviews were very good, and there was an elevator (this is a must for middle-aged and elderly travel teams like us). After check-in, the hotel's environment and facilities really made me very satisfied, especially the spacious parking lot in front of the hotel, which made our tourist bus parking very convenient.
The proprietress is a enthusiastic and simple local woman. After she learned that we were the first time to travel from the northeast to Guizhou Huangguoshu Scenic Area, she introduced us to the scenic spot with blood and told us how to play. The next day, I personally led us to the scenic visitor center to buy tickets, and we didn't leave until we sent all our teams to the entrance of the scenic spot.
In the afternoon, when we were tired of visiting all the attractions of Huangguoshu Scenic Area back to the hotel, she had prepared a hearty and delicious dinner for us, and received praise from my team members.
The subsequent three-year epidemic blocked the pace of Chinese tourism. It was not until the epidemic was lifted in 2023 that I led the team again to stay at Wenxiang Hotel in April. After I checked in, I learned that the proprietress of Wenxiang Hotel had rented the hotel to others because of the light business of the three-year epidemic!
In May this year, I led the team again to stay at Wenxiang Hotel, just in time for the original proprietress to just reclaim the hotel's management rights and manage the hotel by herself. Our team was once again warmly received and thoughtful and caring service by all the staff of Wenxiang Hotel! The hotel is as clean and tidy as ever, and the internal and external environment has made our team feel like going home again!
This time, I drove to Yunnan to travel by Huangguoshu Scenic Area. I naturally chose to stay at Wenxiang Hotel again. I saw that the hotel had a new change. The pavilion for guests to rest was newly repaired in front of the door. The parking lot was re-concrete. I sincerely praise the improvement of Wenxiang Hotel's service awareness, and wish Wenxiang Hotel a prosperous business!
