剛到酒店櫃枱一個挺漂亮的服務員愛答不理的樣子整個接待過程都沒有那種熱情歡迎入住酒店表情，問話也愛答不理。後來晚上接班的服務員還是不錯的對顧客也是較為熱情。另外由於酒店在一個桌球廳對面夜裡非常吵一直吵到凌晨才消停，還有凌晨4點鐘突然有人敲門問是誰也沒有答覆，感覺這個酒店不是很安全。

環境很好，價格很合適的酒店。但是服務態度確實讓人不滿意。 其一，我們在2號訂了3間房的基礎上，想在13號再訂6間房，諮詢前台對於大量訂單是否有優惠，給出的優惠甚至比平台上的還貴； 其二，05點左右，我們在房間C娛樂結束，兩人需要返回房間A和房間B，致電前台表明需要前台協助開門，前台表示：你們這樣很打擾人，我們也需要休息。能理解早上五點被打擾的心理，但是既然作為酒店前台，是否需要保證前台24小時有人能提供服務？既然店員不能接受凌晨提供服務，那應該向上級領導反饋，而不是向顧客抱怨； 其三，前台在聽説“我們在一個房間玩完，需要返回原來房間”，表示“怪不得有人説房間吵”。試問，能聽到隔壁房間吵是否首先考慮是房間隔音問題？其次，如果真的是我們吵，是否應該及時與我們溝通？告知我們夜間需更加控制音量？而不是採用“陰陽怪氣”地抱怨。 綜上，酒店環境不錯，衞生，敞亮。但是前台服務人員態度不行，確保至少能給客人提供完整的正常服務？
