和小姐妹自駕來福州遊玩，網上隨機選的民宿沒想到意外的滿意。直接網上辦理入住，晚到了也不怕。房間乾淨，智能馬桶，路邊就可以免費停車，一樓有很清新的咖啡小館，還能外賣小火鍋，很貼心。最最主要性價比很高

第二天住，感覺一般，廁所味道挺大的，樓上沖廁所房間會有點味，沒有熱水，但是熱水器會經常燒水有聲音，花灑開不出來水，開熱水那邊沒有水，衹有有冷水那邊開得出水，熱水器從第一天入住就經常滴水到馬桶上面，馬桶旁邊地上有點黃黃的，本來以為是馬桶漏了，後面才知道應該是刷不掉的。本來想洗澡洗頭，打電話問花灑是不是壞了，拍了視頻看衹有下面的水龍頭有水，説是那個有水就沒有問題，説會叫人來看，等了好久沒人來，洗了一個冷水頭還行，吹風機可能是有點復古了，不給力。後面出去了晚上回來試了一下還是一樣沒有熱水。建議手頭緊的不需要洗頭洗澡的可以訂，因為第二天價格還是一樣，第一天給我升級了房型，第二天本來下了一樣的訂單，老闆娘還熱心的怕我搬東西麻煩給我住原來升級的房型了（這裏補充一下：我訂的房型和升級的房型差4塊），這裏好像一共有2種房型，比較經濟實惠

Friendly reminder: Going out of the parking lot and turning right is a food district, and the convenient parking lot in the nearby development zone is capped at 20 yuan a day. The housekeeper also recommended free parking, but there is 1.9km. The subway is 30 minutes walk away. Breakfast is not available, during the Chinese New Year, there is no option downstairs. You need 100 yuan deposit to enter the store, and you will be refunded if you leave the store without damage or particularly messy. However, the housekeeper may not collect it with me because of the Chinese New Year. (There is one thing to say: It is recommended to look at the situation according to the level of Trip.com , there are basically no hotels still receiving deposits now). 回滬路上對原來的酒店不滿意，匆匆忙忙訂了這家，高速下來幾公里就到了，環境很不錯，停車位充足，衞生狀況衹能説一般，服務也幾乎談不成，過年期間好像就一個人值班。反正就睡一晚，也沒什麼好計較，寵物友好。
