第二天住，感覺一般，廁所味道挺大的，樓上沖廁所房間會有點味，沒有熱水，但是熱水器會經常燒水有聲音，花灑開不出來水，開熱水那邊沒有水，衹有有冷水那邊開得出水，熱水器從第一天入住就經常滴水到馬桶上面，馬桶旁邊地上有點黃黃的，本來以為是馬桶漏了，後面才知道應該是刷不掉的。本來想洗澡洗頭，打電話問花灑是不是壞了，拍了視頻看衹有下面的水龍頭有水，説是那個有水就沒有問題，説會叫人來看，等了好久沒人來，洗了一個冷水頭還行，吹風機可能是有點復古了，不給力。後面出去了晚上回來試了一下還是一樣沒有熱水。建議手頭緊的不需要洗頭洗澡的可以訂，因為第二天價格還是一樣，第一天給我升級了房型，第二天本來下了一樣的訂單，老闆娘還熱心的怕我搬東西麻煩給我住原來升級的房型了（這裏補充一下：我訂的房型和升級的房型差4塊），這裏好像一共有2種房型，比較經濟實惠

真心推薦！房間寬敞明亮、衞生到位，床品舒適，高層安靜不吵。周邊超市、餐飲齊全，生活超方便。工作人員貼心負責，有問題及時解決，入住體驗滿分，下次還選這裏！

在開發區裏，loft結構的商品房。我們住的是上層。房間看着有點年份。房間給人的感覺有點缺安全感。房間裏還有一個堆滿物料的儲物間。我們檢查的很久。隔音是很大的問題，晚上下層的客人聲音很響，跟吵架一樣，半夜狗叫聲一陣一陣。折騰到凌晨才迷糊睡着。房東是遠程辦理入住的，發來提醒和門鎖密碼，服務非常的到位。沒有自帶停車場，樓下的地面停車場30塊一天封頂。友情提醒：停車場出去右拐就是一個美食街區，附近開發區便民停車場是20塊封頂一天。管家也推薦了免費停車場，可是有1.9km。地鐵距離步行30分鐘可到。早餐木有，過年期間，樓下沒有選項。入店需要100塊按金，離店無破損不特別臟亂會退。不過管家可能因為過年也沒跟我收。（有一説一：建議根據攜程的等級看情況，現在基本沒有酒店還在收按金的）。性價比可以參考春節期間翻三倍價格的考情況來考慮。

很滿意呀！和朋友逛完漫展精疲力盡，往床上一躺，爽哉爽哉。房間很大，衞生也乾淨，老闆人很好説話，髮型也很Fashionദ്ദി （⩌ᴗ⩌ ）

不得不説，店家人非常好，服務很熱心，這次過來旅遊入住，還免費提供旅遊攻略，入住碰到一點小問題，5分鐘內既到人解決，一次非常不錯的入住體驗，以後有機會一定再來！

回滬路上對原來的酒店不滿意，匆匆忙忙訂了這家，高速下來幾公里就到了，環境很不錯，停車位充足，衞生狀況衹能説一般，服務也幾乎談不成，過年期間好像就一個人值班。反正就睡一晚，也沒什麼好計較，寵物友好。
