Surprisingly well-equipped for being in the desert! You can step right outside and enjoy the sand. The private bathroom even has hot water that's hot enough. I was expecting a rustic experience, but the lights at night were absolutely beautiful – definitely worth staying here! They also have a camp BBQ in the evening; it's not expensive, and you can get full for around 50 per person. ₍₍Ϡ(੭•̀ω•́)੭✧⃛

A fantastic stay from start to finish! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. What really made the experience special was the host’s kindness and generosity. The young man went out of his way to drive me to different locations, making it much easier to explore the area. He also cooked delicious food, which was a real highlight of my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. His hospitality made me feel right at home, and I truly appreciated all the effort he put into making my visit enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We checked in during the morning and the place was really lovely, super clean. For the same price point, this guesthouse's decor is truly excellent! Folks, this should be your top choice. Plus, there's a picking area in the yard with organic fruits, and we weighed some to eat on the road. There's a small restaurant across the street with food. We didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but the owner said it's a buffet. Their stir-fries are really good, made with their own vegetables – highly recommended!

The service attitude is five-star. The room is very good. I didn't expect to get such a high-end room in Ordos at this price. Although the breakfast is not many types, it is of high quality, including beef jerky, haggis noodles, and a laundry room for drying. It’s so convenient to travel with a baby. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in along the way. It makes me feel happy and so welcoming.

Couldn’t be any closer to the Kubuqi Desert! Such a great view from our cabin - we were very lucky. Within seconds you are standing on the sand. The team picked us up from the tourist station, helped us settle into the room and helped us buy attraction tickets (with discount). They couldn’t have been more accommodating - especially as we had to do everything by translation apps. We had a fun afternoon at the park next door - it’s not thrilling and aimed more at families - but it’s an enjoyable thing to do. In the evening we ate in their restaurant, lots of choice and food was tasty. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. We watched the sunset and sunrise, and enjoyed a noisy thunderstorm in the middle of the night. Shower is hot and powerful. Breakfast was a small buffet option, and tasty. Some things to note - a kettle is provided in the room but no tea or coffee. There is also no fridge. They also only provide one use disposal towels - a proper towel would have been a better experience, especially as you need more than one shower for an overnight stay. Would recommend staying here - we had as close to a desert experience as you can with a touch of luxury. The staff made the experience even better!

The room was better than expected. We booked a family room, which was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four people. It was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view of the grassland right outside the window. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The wooden cabin was clean and tidy. The room was spotless, and the automatic toilet even came with disposable toilet seat covers, which was a thoughtful touch. Earplugs, eye masks, and hair ties for women were also provided – the民宿 (B&B) owner is definitely a meticulous woman. The food at the民宿 (B&B) was delicious, and I even saw a whole roasted lamb at a neighboring table which looked amazing. The owner also helped us buy attraction tickets and recommended routes. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know. 1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good. As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!
