We had a top experience. Tian Tian and her family are super kind and welcoming, they really make the guests feel at home. They offer pick-up and drop-off service from and to Huashan North Station, and to and back from Huashan Visitor Center. The hotel itself is vey nice, with an external patio overlooking the mountain river beyond and the cloudy mountains. Our room was clean and cozy. We had all our meals prepared here, and the food was extraordinary delicious and fresh. The structure is located in a pleasant village. The bedding in the room is very soft and comfortable, the air conditioner is powerful, the shower water heater is easy to use, and the hair dryer is also powerful. Breakfast starts at 6:30, and steamed buns, eggs and fried dough sticks are included in the room rate. The homestay is at the foot of Huashan Mountain, and you can see the mountain from the window. The most important thing is that the owner of the homestay is very enthusiastic. He picks up and drops off tourists from the train station to the homestay. He starts picking up and dropping off tourists to and from Huashan Scenic Area at 7 o'clock in the morning and is available at any time. At 8:30 every night, he will also explain the route of Huashan Mountain to tourists. It feels like home.

For the price this is great value. Picked up at station, dropped to visitor center for Huashan Mountain and picked up again after completing walk and then dropped back to station. All included in the service and room price with gloves thrown in for mountain handchains. Family business friendly with great little restaurant on bottom floor with impressive menu and quick service. Some snacks and drinks also available for your hike or additional itema at the store right next door. It is very close to Huashan visitors center but the transport is appreciated for an early start or in the summer months, also after a day of hiking the Mountain, the pick up is very welcome. Its not a hotel chain, so its great ro support the local economy and not to compare to big city hotels. A more authentic experience and very comfortable. Thankyou for a great stay.

Ink Culture Inn deserves an excellent review – the service far exceeded my expectations! The owner is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond, offering station pick-up and drop-off, helping with luggage, booking Huashan tickets, and even providing hiking poles and gloves. The room was huge and spacious, with a fantastic view of Mount Hua right from the window. It's super close to the scenic area. The room facilities were also excellent, clean and hygienic, and there was even a water dispenser with bottled water. The breakfast provided at the inn was also great. The owner makes their own 'saorou mian' (minced pork noodles) and tomato and egg noodles – the bowls are generous and hearty, so you don't need to carry much food when you head up Huashan after eating!

This restaurant offers free shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station/train station and scenic spots, which is very considerate for tourists who are climbing Huashan for the first time. The hotel is very clean, you can see the mountain from the window, the air is fresh, and the facilities are complete. Especially for our family of three, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, which is very convenient. Even the hair dryer is a big brand. When you are hungry, you can order some of the restaurant's specialties. The owner's cooking skills are very good, and they suit our taste very well. It is cost-effective and this is the most satisfying stay I have had recently. Thumbs up 👍🏻

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was huge — with two queen beds — and everything felt very new, clean, and well maintained. Super comfortable overall. One of the highlights was the hotel transport service. They provided transfers to the train station, and also sent us to and picked us up from the Huashan Tourist Centre, which made our trip to Huashan incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us free gloves and bottled water, which was a really nice touch, especially for the hike. Another bonus is the Hunan restaurant in the hotel — easily one of the best Hunan meals we’ve had. Great taste, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Huashan!

I highly recommend Futing B&B to anyone visiting Huashan! 1. We were a family of four, and it was hot, so we had a lot of laundry to do. The hostess provided us with a washing machine and laundry detergent for free. We hung our clothes out and went out to eat. It started raining midway, and the hostess even took the initiative to collect all our clothes! Love it! 2. Futing B&B is in a great location, only about 10 meters from the trailhead, and the free shuttle bus to the north or west is only a one-minute walk away! I contacted the hostess in advance to let her know the shuttle schedule, and she was spot on, waiting outside. As soon as we came out, she was there—great! Not only did it save us money on taxi fares, but it also saved us the hassle of having to find a taxi and having to haul our luggage around. 3. As soon as we checked in, the hostess gave each of us water, which quenched our thirst. Later, before climbing Huashan, I went to buy gloves, and the hostess generously said she'd give them to us without paying. I was delighted but also a bit worried. As the saying goes, a little kindness begets a grudge. I wondered if a guest might one day harbor resentment for not receiving the same treatment as I had. But the owner wasn't worried at all, working with sincerity and passion. This wasn't just magnanimity; it was also a display of courage. On August 8th, we checked into the hotel, but that evening, Huashan officially announced its closure. So I refunded my August 9th Huashan tickets and planned to travel to Luoyang the next day. Later, the owner's wife told us that the park would most likely reopen on August 9th. She even helpfully booked tickets for us, telling us we could enter as long as we had tickets. We finally entered the park at 10 a.m. and returned to the B&B at 8 p.m., enjoying the breathtaking scenery of Huashan! (p2-p4) That evening, we were starving and struggling to find a good, reasonably priced restaurant. The owner readily accompanied us to a restaurant across the street, where we enjoyed a delicious meal. (p6) There are many other small details, too numerous to mention. I believe these small details that make people feel so welcome are definitely because the proprietress is such a nice person, and when a nice person runs a restaurant, the quality is guaranteed to be excellent. (Also: The last picture is the restaurant we found on our first day in Huashan. Don't eat there; the food is terrible and expensive! If you have any questions, please ask the proprietress! She's trustworthy.)

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

My stay at Youjia Inn in Huashan Scenic Area was truly a revelation! From the ambiance to the service and facilities, it was impeccable. I absolutely have to recommend it to everyone! Environment: A poetic mountain retreat with a captivating atmosphere. The inn is located right next to the Huashan Scenic Area, just a few minutes' walk from the trailhead. The location is fantastic. Service: A home away from home, with impeccable attention to detail. The owner and his family were incredibly welcoming! Upon check-in, they proactively helped with our luggage and sent us a detailed guide to the hiking routes and pitfalls. They even thoughtfully provided hiking knee pads and non-slip gloves. Facilities: Smart, comprehensive, and comfortable. The room amenities exceeded my expectations! The bedding was soft and clean, and the mattress had the perfect firmness for a great night's sleep. It was equipped with a projector, independent air conditioning, a bathroom, and toiletries. There's also a free tea bar and self-service laundry facilities in the common area. The rooftop terrace offers a view of the teahouse, where you can relax with a cup of tea and gaze at the stars after a long day, instantly relieving your travel fatigue. This B&B is a surefire choice for a trip to Huashan. It's an excellent value and highly recommended! I'll definitely be back!

The inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable.
