JJourney 2 the WestI would like to thank the staffs for being kind, courteous, and helpful. My stay has been wonderful. The hotel is close to many restaurants, parks, trails, and marketplace. Room cleaning was excellent. I would recommend and would stay again. Thank you again. 😊

The hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation, the room has a wide view, the bedding is comfortable, it is recommended. The hotel room is spacious and bright, comfortable and warm, the room is very quiet, the living is particularly relaxed, the environment is clean and tidy, people are very safe, the breakfast is delicious and distinctive, the variety is rich, the taste is online, the food is very satisfying, the service is intimate and thoughtful, the price is very high, Whether it is travel or rest, it is very suitable, I will choose to stay next time, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room type is very good, sleeping quietly is not noisy, there is a parking lot convenient, and eating early in the morning is OK. The water temperature of the shower may be a bit problematic. The water release time is a little longer. It is cold and hot. The front desk who checked in on the first day felt that the service was not very good. The tone of answering the question was a bit impatient. I saw a sign at the front desk for free. Washing the car, asking it and going back ”can't wash”, The next two days were very good. The front desk answered the next day with a gentle tone. It was very polite to call the floor to get water at noon, and gave two oranges. Overall not bad.

GGuest User10月17號辦理的入住，房間衞生各方面都挺好的，然後剛開始定的時候我定的是另外一種房型但是因為窗口往裡開有點壓抑，後來經過跟前台小姐姐溝通，她就給我換了另外一間，視野更好。交通也方便，前台小姐姐人很好也有禮貌值得點贊，同時價格也很親民，文山市區非常值得推薦的一家酒店。

GGuest User要求無煙處理，有一個枕頭煙味重，第二天要求換了，床品很舒適，睡眠質量很好，房間很隔音，衹能聽見開關門的聲音，熱水不會斷，淋浴噴頭很好用，酒店用過最好用的噴頭，小愛同學使用度高，指令不會出錯，有一些房間，窗户在走廊，關上一點聲音都沒有，空調製冷效果很好，房間開了三天兩晚，第二天卡就刷不開房門，前台還是要關注一下顧客是住幾天，不然麻煩別人還要麻煩自己，早餐主食就是米線卷粉，清湯沒有油腥那種，其他就是雞蛋紅薯這類，再有就是熱水壺，打開看很乾凈，熱水燒完倒出來，有毛髮，所有酒店的雷區就是熱水壺，可以關注一下這個，無線網不卡，用過較好的，頭髮掉的有點多，辛苦保潔阿姨了

GGuest User訂之前沒看設施，衞生間裏面是馬桶，我用不太習慣，還有吹風機是壞的。考試前一天晚上我睡覺，被蚊子咬一晚上沒睡着，後面悶着頭睡，好不容易要睡着，隔壁房間的人講悄悄話都能聽到，就感覺在我耳邊講話一樣吵，牆不隔音，好在第二天還有精神，不然我就遭老罪了。其他也還行吧。

GGuest UserOriginally booked a special room, the proprietress directly changed me to a bed of 1.8 meters and a balcony. I really want to say a word here. I really thank you, the boss. The hot water is very hot and even a bit hot. PS: The pump is noisy at night. It is best to be cautious for people with a sensitive hearing. It rings once in 10 minutes. It’s a regular 5 minutes at a time. I haven’t slept for one night. I’ll take a personal view. The hotel is a place to rest. The cheap facilities are almost okay. It’s really true that you can have a good rest. I hope the proprietress can treat customers more sincerely in the future. Even if you upgrade other silent rooms, you have to give people who are away a good rest space.
