Awesome homestay! Exceeded expectations! Fanny is so good, he helped us carry the boxes, prepared breakfast for us, and walked the dog! Kelly and her mother are so cute. It rained in Kangcheng that day. If it weren't for them, we didn't know how to pass the time. The room is also very good, not very big but the design is reasonable. There are two terrace doors that can be ventilated into the sun. The whole room is dry and bright. The mattress is also very beautiful. I like it too much when I step on the mat. Breakfast is also very good, coffee and bread are available at any time, but it is raining, otherwise you can go to the open-air terrace to sit and drink tea to see the mountains. It turned out that Kangcheng has such a quiet and charming mountain. Good memories.

This hotel is conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from the station. After checking out, I was in a difficult situation due to a train delay, needing to charge my phone and find a place to wait. Being able to use the terrace was a huge help, thank you so much! The room felt a bit stuffy right after I arrived...

It’s extremely close to the main attraction and station…. Just very motel like and if you’re an American think Red roof inn or an old school Ramada

I booked here 3 days before I stay. I was traveling alone, but all staff gave me such a warm welcome that I completely felt at ease during my stay. This hotel is really quiet even it’s in the central of the city. I pretty recommend to stay here when you travel Nice. Thank you very much!

The + the very generous breakfast Warm and dynamic morning staff The hotel does not look inviting at first but it is clean. The - we had to pay 10€ extra for parking while it is written everywhere on the internet that parking is free The room is very small, you can only sleep and the bathroom is small and not very young. Very poorly soundproofed, you can hear people talking in the rooms opposite.

It is a gem in Cannes I found. Super close to Palais , surrounded by good food. And on top of all , great host ! Attentive , patience and helpful. Book it and thanks me later .

It is not the first time I stay in this hotel. For me the location is very comfortable, a quiet place, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Surely one of my favorites in Cannes
