Best Pet friendly Hotels in Agadir-Ida-Ou Tanane Province

A warm welcome with Moroccan tea, and staff very friendly, everyone who works in the hotel greets you, The breakfast buffet was very extensive paint sprayer, Moroccan tea, chefs so professionals you are asked with a smile what kind of fried eggs you want nice swimming pool, only the coffee was bad not drinkable everyone left their coffee standing, you could also drink coffee or tea in your room, but there was no milk powder I don't drink coffee without milk, the last one I almost had to pay Tourist tax while I already told Trip .com had been paid on the voucher including all taxes, later that was resolved and had a really nice day.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the lake. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped fitness center, added extra comfort to my stay. The location was perfect for both relaxation and exploration, making my visit memorable and enjoyable.

We have just returned home from a one-week stay in a Duplex Bungalow at Blu Radisson Taghazout, which offers all the facilities one could wish for. Restaurants, pool, a beach bar, beautiful nature, walking distance to Taghazout, and free outdoor yoga and pilates classes guided by an incredibly skilled and welcoming teacher - a huge plus. Additionally, there is a spa and a surf school. A little gem of a hotel in the most beautiful surroundings with the kindest and most professional staff. Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds and well-maintained pools. The room was also excellent, featuring a very comfortable bed. However, the hotel’s service left much to be desired, particularly in the restaurants. Despite the presence of plenty of staff, the service was inefficient and disorganized. Requests were often forgotten, requiring follow-ups, and sometimes items simply never arrived. For a five-star hotel, this level of service is simply unacceptable. It felt as though the staff were more focused on avoiding their responsibilities than attending to their guests. Waiting far too long just to receive a menu, having to prompt for drink orders, and then waiting an excessive amount of time for food were consistent issues. Even when the restaurants were quiet, the food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and there were frequent mistakes. For example, a Caesar salad arrived without dressing, and the dressing only arrived once the salad was nearly finished. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to correct the issues or offer an apology, and no adjustments were made to the bill. This seems to be the standard level of service rather than an exception. If the hotel wishes to charge European city prices, it needs to deliver service that matches or exceeds the expectations associated with those prices. As it stands, this experience would deter me from returning.

Very good service by staff. Check-in member of staff very nice, helped me sort out two attached rooms. Kitchen staff brilliant they helped me everytime I asked for baby milk bottle to be washed and filled with milk. Everything was good. Nothing bad to say about. Location great. Having to travel ad hoc to Agadir for a urgent Horse Rescue Project I spontanously decided to spoil myself with 2 nights at Paradis Plage Surf Yoga & Spa Resort - a unique place that I am again and again magically drawn back to. Whether I'm on a surfing holiday with my children, accompanying my parents on relaxing holiday or having work to do, this place is my Moroccan home for all situation and phases of my life. But what makes Paradis Plage so unique? I could tell you now about the clever construction concept making you feel living in a village (and not in a hotel), or the great service and relaxed atmosphere, or that Paradis Plage got the first price for ecological concept and management in whole Morocco, or the Yin Yoga session guided by the lovely Teacher while listening to the waves of the ocean and looking at the sunset, or the creative cuisine amd good wine choice or the big fire at the beach in the fresher season where guests from all different origins join for chatting and drinking, or... or... or... But above all that my clear answer is: The Team Spirit. This honest special spirit, that makes me feel like a family member (and not ”only” a hotel guest), based on a professional management and charismatic leadership. Tired from my assignments abroad, I drive through the entrance gate and am instantly at home. The entire core team gives me a warm and mostly honest welcoming and we always find time for a personal exchange or joking around. And together they find a solution for all my wishes and needs. And so 2 nights became 6 nights and I say goodbye with heartfelt thanks to the management and its entire team, knowing full well that we will see each other again, insh'Allah. Shukran

My friends and I only used this hotel as an overnight stop after a tiring road trip from the North to Agadir before leaving Morocco, hence we didn't spend much time at the hotel. Nice personnel, good rooms, well-equipped rooms, nice view from the balcony. Nice beds, well-functioning A/C. Overall, good option if you don't mind being a little bit further away from the city centre. Negatives: WIFI wasn't the strongest, I'm afraid. Gym wasn't free.

Hotel location is a bit far away from shops and restaurants. You'll need a taxi to go anywhere. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully decorated. The thing that lets the Hotel down is the service. Our check in time was 2pm, we arrived at 1.50pm after a 4 hour drive. We were told our room wasn't ready and to take a seat and at 3.10 we're told our room is ready. No offer of a drink or a cold towel after the 4 hour drive. The food in the restaurant in the evening is excellent quality. But it's the same every night. The menu is only in French and when we asked if they had one in English it was a straight ”non” from the waiter and then he left. We heard and saw other customers ask for a menu in English and they too were met with a nonchalant shrug of the shoulders. We used a translator app in the end. Only 2 choices at lunch, chicken or salmon sandwich. If your first language is French, you'll be looked after better than if your first language is English. The pool area is nice enough, could do with 3/4 more sunbeds. Overall experience was one of dissatisfaction.
