Pet Friendly Hotels in Oriental Mindoro

We loved our stay so much! The location is about 15 minutes from Baletero Port, and we paid ₱216 for a tricycle (tuk-tuk) ride to the resort. We were warmly welcomed with fruits and drinks. The staff also gave us an orientation and recommended activities to do on the island. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. They helped us arrange a tuk-tuk whenever we needed one. The breakfast was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. We highly recommend this place to others.

Spotless rooms, obviously recently modernised - smelled clean if that’s possible. Bed comfy sheets and towels clean. Complaints - no kettle in room but available in well equipped shared kitchen..but no one wants to go and get hot water for morning coffee. Next we were in room 301 right next to the kitchen and some selfish westerns decided to have a loud conversation in the kitchen at midnight. Other than that I’d go back because of its cleanliness but not to room 301.

Location is great as long as you are not looking for a place nearby restaurant and shops, but at the opposite, a particularly relaxing atmosphere with a great view. Room, swimming pool, dive club, beach are all in good conditions. Food wise, you have many good options. Staff are pleasant and have been efficient at solving one problem in our room. Nice gesture from the hotel, a free of charge new year eve buffet + live band + firework. Ok, we most likely paid it in our room rate, but honestly speaking price was reasonable especially since our room was able to accommodate 4 guests into 2 different rooms with its own bathroom, and breakfast was included. It's sufficiently rare to be mention. Too many hotels are charging scandalous price for Christmas of New Year. Not the spirit at Casalay. Last but not least, kudos for the dive school. Very professional, especially to get your Padi. They don't compromise at all, it is very reassuring. We'll possibly be back if we happen to visit Puerto Galera again.

This was my first visit. The location was excellent, about a 3-minute walk from the beach. There was a tricycle stop nearby so getting around wasn't too much of a problem. There is no reception so check-in may be a little confusing. I asked a man nearby to call the person in charge and then I went to my room. The room was what you'd expect for the price, but there was no hair dryer. If price and access to the beach are important to you, I think it's a good choice!

The hotel room is very clean. They do not provide thick quilts, only a very thin sheet, which will wake you up from the cold at night. The room is powered by solar panels, and the high-power air conditioner is often disconnected at night. There are two swimming pools downstairs in the hotel, which are not very deep and can be used for practicing diving. The hotel's breakfast is okay, but the price is slightly more expensive than other 4-star hotels on the island. The waiters will keep smiling. If you want to eat in the hotel, please note that it is not recommended if you are very hungry, because their chefs are very good at cooking. Slow, you have to wait for at least 40 minutes, and except for breakfast, other dishes are not very delicious, compared to the restaurants on Sabang Beach. The waiters are very ignorant and won't pour you water. Even if you ask them for a glass of water, they won't arrange it after the meal, and they won't prepare paper towels for you. You can find them to go diving in the hotel, but their boat will not wait for you after taking you to the diving spot. This is very unfriendly. If your accompanying companion does not want to dive, he will have to float on the sea first, which is very unsafe. The diving instructor is very professional and patient, which is very good. The last point I have to complain about is that I asked the hotel to help me book the ferry ticket. The 3:30 ferry ticket was a full hour and 30 minutes late, and the one I booked was not a fast boat but a big boat. This was very detrimental to my future travels. friendly. Overall, this hotel is worth it, clean and sanitary, and professional diving instructors. It's just that the hotel's service needs to keep up.

Quite fun place to stay . Room is spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable . I would certainly stay again. Swimming pool is very clean and the restaurant managed by them is very delicious food . Shower 🚿 water pressure is great , and the only disappointment was no curtain in the shower room even tough I informed the front desk about the issue and the mess it causes every time I showered . I highly recommend this place .

The whole store is very enthusiastic. If I live on the fourth floor and close the airtight window of the toilet, and then close the toilet door, I am basically not affected by the music of the bar street behind. The food on the second floor is delicious, but pay attention to the Philippines' portions are all oversized 😹

Cost-effective, cheap during the May Day holiday. Internal hygiene is good, towels and other supplies are dehaired, toothpaste, toothbrush and shampoo are charged, it is best to bring your own. Very close to the beach, 3 minutes walk, there are many diving clubs next to it. Surrounding dining is also OK, Korean restaurants are not bad.

The diving resort facing the sea is too healing. You can see the sea view from the balcony and walk directly to the diving point to go to the sea. The diving team is professional and responsible, can see a lot of creatures, the room is clean and airy, the sea breeze is comfortable, the daily diving + watching the sea is not wrong, the holiday diving is not wrong.
