Hotel are clean, however it is a bit difficult to the parking.

This is suitable for outstation only. It can be better if the cleanliness of the room is maintained well. Small room, but you get what you pay.

Hope they would change better towels, basins need to check for clogged outlets. Aircond switches and bidet needs to repair.

Location us good as near lrt station kela jaya，room wise is fine for a short stay, if you are a light sleeper then you might want to think again. Overall it's ok.
