Great hotel for the money! First line, sun loungers, swimming pool, cleaning every day, location.

This is not our first year of vacationing at this hotel. We stay there for 2-3 nights at the end of our vacation. For some reason, it attracts us with its fabulousness. If you don’t come, you feel like a traitor😅. The rooms are spacious, a large bathroom under a semi-open sky. But the furniture and plumbing are tired. And there are no rooms with two separate beds (we are vacationing with a friend), we always ask for another blanket. The beds are huge, with comfortable mattresses. The territory is not large, but very beautiful, just like in a fairy tale, especially in the evening, when the lanterns are turned on. Very beautiful panoramic pool with jacuzzi. The location of the hotel is not very good, you can only eat in Boka. We did not find anything decent nearby, but every time we dined there it is expensive. There are not many shops, and in those that are, the prices are higher and the choice is not large. The situation with exchanging money is the same - an unfavorable rate and there are few places where you can change money. There are massage parlors nearby, but I can't say anything about them, we haven't visited them. There is an optics salon nearby with a large selection, every year we order glasses there, they make them to order, after checking our eyesight - I recommend them, the prices are attractive! Breakfasts at the hotel are either a buffet or a menu to order, depending on how full the hotel is. Usually, there are few people in it. The choice is not large, but everything is fresh and the most necessary, you will not go hungry. Previously, there was no coastline at all, now there is a sand strip (you can safely go into the sea), but no one cleans it at all, all the garbage brought by the waves lies there.

The rooms are not super fresh, but nothing is falling off or falling apart. All necessary accessories are present. Entrance to the water through the shell rock. The beach is good. There are always enough sun loungers, as the Vietnamese don’t like to sunbathe. 2 swimming pools with variable depth and each with 2 children's paddling pools. Lifeguards look after people on the water. As for the service, at first they tried to accommodate us in a room 2 times smaller than the one stated in the trip, I asked to change it to the one indicated in the description, and the reception was so kind to do it after half an hour (I don’t understand why this was so, but the hotel was almost empty) spoiler - this happened with several hotels in Vietnam that we visited.....I wasn’t even surprised anymore. Within a radius of 500 m from the hotel there are many cafes, shops, etc. Everything is there and everything is nearby. You need to understand that Mui Ne is not a city, but rather a rural area, but this makes your vacation even more relaxed and measured. This is a quiet family vacation.

Customer-oriented staff, for the most part. - Breakfasts are not as varied as we would like, given the concept without beef, pork, etc. Insufficient variety of fruits and vegetables, as well as the lack of fish and seafood not included in pasta and other things. Some furniture in the room and by the pool is already tired.

We had a rest in the beginning of November. The hotel is located in one of the most convenient places of the beach line. Cafes, shops within walking distance, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The staff is friendly, cleaning was done every day, towels were changed, as well as beach towels. Breakfasts were practically the same, but there was always something to choose from, children also have pasta, omelettes, sausages, cereals and pastries. From fruits pitahaya, watermelon, bananas, papaya, mango, pineapple, passion fruit. At the bar you can order something to eat during the day or just drink coffee with cheesecake. In the evening (Tue, Fri, Sat) at the hotel you can have dinner, cooked on the grill: seafood, salads, also fruits and pastries

The facilities were the best for the price. I had accommodations elsewhere, but I made a reservation here for 3 days before leaving for Mui Ne to use the pool. When I used the pool, I didn't know and took a drink from my room. The staff at the pool frowned and said that I could never bring anything other than what they sell here, and took my drink away. I would have listened even if you said something nice, but there was no need to say something with such a frown...

It was on great location. Just one, we can’t see and hear any beach and sea wave sound. A little far from seaside.

A very pleasant hotel in Mui Ne, perfect service, the scenery is as shown in the picture, the original picture without filter, recommended to friends who pay attention to Mui Ne. There are food and drinks near the hotel. If you want to go further, you can also rent a motorcycle, about 50 for a day and a night is enough.

The best hotel in Mui Ne, we have stayed there more than once. The hotel is located in the very center of the village, cafes, shops, pharmacies, etc. start right at the exit from the hotel territory. The staff is beyond praise, any request is fulfilled instantly. Very clean well-kept territory, on the beach and near the pool there are always free sun loungers (the hotel was completely full), the employee levels the sand several times a day. There are happy hours when you can get free ice cream in the cafe on the beach. Very tasty breakfasts and service at breakfast, very tasty pancakes are baked. We were given vouchers for 2 free massages in the hotel spa. Upon departure (we left after breakfast) we were given sandwiches, fruit, water for the road. The hotel contingent is mostly Europeans, a little Chinese, a little Russian. We will definitely come back again ❤️

The location was spot on  Great views of the ocean and beach access magical view  The room was nice clean  aircon was a bit  ordinary but reception was prompt in making it more comfortable offering another room which is always a plus  Breakfast was simple but available it wanted for $3  Overall a very nice stay in a very clean inviroment  We would stay again I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33  I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private
