The hotel has a great location, tucked away in an alley. It's just a short walk from the beach, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The owner is also very welcoming. It's not far from the Red Sand Dunes and Fairy Stream, both within walking distance.

They initially put me in a room without a window, but after I requested it, they provided a room with a window. HOWEVER! Be aware, the hotel is located on an unpaved road, so there's constant awful dust and noise. On top of that, construction started directly opposite, with a concrete mixer running all the time, and then an excavator began digging a trench. It became unbearable to stay in the guesthouse. The photos are misleading; in reality, the upper terraces are abandoned, and most rooms with windows face the staircase, meaning there's no view at all. The staff is excellent, and the breakfast of coffee and fruit is wonderful. This guesthouse has huge potential. Perhaps someday the road will be paved, and the owner will get everything in order, and it will be a good hotel. I wish them success!

Room is huge for 3. Mattress is soft and comfortable. Nice hotel facing the South China Sea. Great stay!

Hotel on a three-bedroom, bath as if there were, but it apparently has not been cleaned for a couple of months. On the other hand, it is not possible to swim in the sea, you need to go to the beach of the city for a bath. In general, the hotel consists of two parts - on the first line a single-storey building, a passage in the center to the sea and to the right, on the left of the rooms about 6 rooms on each side and the windows at these rooms all enter the passage (i.e. if you move the curtain, you can feel like a ”fish” in the aquarium, as windows are in the floor to the whole wall. On the second line they have a decent number and lawn there, here only we were settled on the first line, and I paid for the numbers on the second (which I didn't become, and the more to spoil the mood I didn't become, As we stayed for 2 days and only stayed at the hotel). From the pluses - the staff is very responsive and they have a small cafe at the hotel, where they are very deliciously prepared for an adequate price.

This hotel is very nice. The style is very holiday-like. The view is good. Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order a staple food and drinks. I live in a view room and the surrounding area is very convenient. There are seafood places along the road.
