"Positives…Amazing location, right on the beach. We had great views from our room. It’s in a good location to walk along the beach or up the fairy river.
Negatives…the hotel looks good in photos but close up it was not as clean as we would hope for. The breakfast was very average and a lot of flies around. Also the place was full of people on a photo shoot!!"

"Really loved this hotel! It has a large, green territory, and with a smaller number of rooms, you don't often see other guests, giving it a real sense of privacy. The rooms are spacious and interesting, with generous terraces. We originally booked for a couple of days but didn't want to leave, so we extended our stay. The breakfasts are good, and they even serve lunch on weekends. There's a big main pool perfect for swimming, plus two more for kids. Plenty of sun loungers are available both by the pool and on the beach. Overall, only pleasant impressions. I highly recommend it!"

Amazing
HHenryzzouThe hotel has a cozy atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious with a well-thought-out layout. It's clean, free of any unpleasant odors, and the bedding is wonderfully soft. The staff are friendly and patient with children. The surrounding area has all the amenities you need, and it's easy to get around, making it perfect for families with kids. A perfect experience!
JJuanjuanxiaodangjiaThe resort isn't huge, but the one-bedroom pool villa rooms are excellent, and the service is incredibly attentive. Basic five-star services like luggage assistance upon arrival/departure, turn-down service, and immediate room cleaning after guests leave are all impeccably handled. The bedding is spotless. The hotel beach is clean, and the hotel's location is also quite good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite good. Some houses are old, some are newer. We stayed in perhaps the oldest: the Private Pool Villa, which is in dire need of renovation. The first disappointment was that Trip.com only allows you to rent this house with breakfast included, and there are only two of us. Upon check-in, after explaining the ”forced overpayment,” the hotel didn't even offer any compliments (a voucher or discount on dinner, a discount on a massage, etc.).
In the evening, we turned on a lantern that shone directly into our eyes from the sea. Why not put it on the roof of the house? It would illuminate the area at night and not cause discomfort. The lighting in our pool didn't work. To give it credit, the pool itself is incredibly large! And with a view!
I'd also like to point out that the hotel is located on a hill, and to reach the reception, restaurant, or parking lot, you have to navigate stone paths with varying elevations.
The beach is currently washed away, the rocks are exposed, there are no sun loungers on the sand, and the sea at high tide comes right up to the path used by strollers from other hotels.
After the lawns around the house flooded, mosquitoes began to swarm in the evening. We saw a small green and white snake at our neighbors' house, and then at ours. The water temperature in the pools is the same as the sea; we found it a bit cool. But the pools themselves are clean; ours was cleaned every day. The grounds are large and very green.
The breakfasts are good, but they never cook the eggs all the way through! When you fry a regular fried egg, you always end up with a lot of runny whites. A nice touch: at sunset, they brought 3-4 pieces of biscuit to your room with a scroll of some local legend and a goodnight wish.
When booking this accommodation, be sure to keep in mind that it's located far from the nearest shops and restaurants, which are a very long walk! We called a taxi or walked a long way along a nearly unlit road.
GGuest UserWe have been to other Southeast Asian countries and have never encountered such thoughtfulness. My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The order has been pending confirmation. It was the front desk who helped us call for consultation. Thank you very much!
GGuest UserStayed during peak season, so we expected it to be busy. However, we were told only one room was available and had to upgrade at nearly three times our original booking price. For that rate, the room was small and below expectations.
The most concerning issue was the lack of hot water. We reported it multiple times and were repeatedly told someone would fix it, but it was never resolved during our stay. Hot water is a basic standard, especially at this price level.
There was initially no kettle in the room. It was eventually found in another location, but this could have been clearly communicated instead of requiring repeated follow-ups.
Breakfast was underwhelming, and the coffee was not hot. When I requested a hot coffee, I was told I would need to pay extra, which was disappointing given the overall experience.
The following day, as the holiday period ended, a large number of guests checked out and room availability increased significantly. The room rates also dropped dramatically. This suggests the premium rate charged the night before was purely due to temporary peak demand, without a corresponding level of service or quality.
Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid.
JJoJoTThis establishment is a themed hotel and a five-star property operated under an international brand, well-suited for families traveling with children.
The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the city center. It is more conveniently accessed by domestic guests traveling by private car or via organized tour buses. International visitors are advised to approach their stay with a resort-oriented mindset, focusing primarily on on-site leisure and amenities.
Overall, our two-night stay suggested that the hotel falls short of the standards expected of a five-star establishment.
The reception staff, along with certain other employees, appeared unprofessional, as though insufficiently trained. Their demeanor and level of professionalism during the check-in process were not commensurate with those expected at a luxury hotel.
The lobby is not equipped with air conditioning and relies solely on fans, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment, whereas the elevators are air-conditioned—creating inconsistent temperature conditions throughout the property.
The facilities in the children’s club were visibly unclean, which is a matter of concern.
The 35-square-meter room is reasonably well-appointed, and the separation of the toilet and shower is a commendable design feature. However, certain details reflect inadequate maintenance; for instance, the shower curtain exhibited signs of mold.
The adult swimming pool is of good quality and constitutes a positive aspect of the hotel. In contrast, the children’s pool is rather limited in design, lacking slides or other recreational features.
The restaurant offerings are average in terms of variety, presentation, and taste—adequate but unremarkable. This represents a notable drawback, particularly for guests intending to spend most of their time dining within the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, and the beach is huge with soft white sand. The breakfasts are decent, though the room is a bit dated. Upon check-in, we were given a note stating that no outside food or drinks were allowed in the hotel, probably due to ants. We still brought some in and ate and drank on the beach. The grounds are very beautiful, and the pool is warm. It's a great hotel for the price.
IIvy_Liang_0704Poorest service ever.
Slow front desk check-in. Many guests were waiting for more than an hour to get to room keys.
No aircon in elevator
And I was answered that they dont provide room cleaning or make-up service 😡, even I stay more than 1 night!!!!
They just “support” to change the towel?!? What the hell is it called “support” here?
颜颜值担当少女2号This hotel is very nice. The style is very holiday-like. The view is good. Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order a staple food and drinks. I live in a view room and the surrounding area is very convenient. There are seafood places along the road.
