The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

Good resort, central location, swimmable beach, friendly and enthusiastic staff. Some of the equipment in the room is old and needs to be replaced.

Anantara is a small piece of paradise in MuiNe. The hotel resort is well prepared to take tourists from all over the world, relaxing is a must. As soon as you arrive while waiting you are welcome with a relaxing massage and wonderful staff helps you around. If you are visiting MuiNe, Anantara is the right place for you, wonderful breakfast options, clean beach and warm cozy rooms. It's nice hotel with great view to the beach. Room is spaces, new and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have enjoyable time staying at the hotel. Will be back next time.

The decoration style of the hotel is very dark... I don't recommend bringing children to this hotel, hehe, very calm and down. Hotel facilities: small elevator, no air conditioning in the corridor, open the window, the shampoo and hand soap in the room are not good, there is no soap. The bath water is very small. The bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach. Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties. Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low. This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

A very pleasant hotel in Mui Ne, perfect service, the scenery is as shown in the picture, the original picture without filter, recommended to friends who pay attention to Mui Ne. There are food and drinks near the hotel. If you want to go further, you can also rent a motorcycle, about 50 for a day and a night is enough.

Location of hotel is great, at the center of Muine. The hotel room is cozy but equipment is not new, it''s normal because this hotel is one of first hotels in Mui Ne (maybe 15-20 years ago). Hotel has restaurant, pools and massage/spa inside, but it''s just at the acceptable level. The beach in front of hotel is not so well reserved, 1/2 of it was disappeared due to the sea level. So there's many hotel options in Mui Ne to choose, but you''re too tired to choose one, maybe Saigon Muine is a simple option in term of location and standard services.

Booked two garden view rooms, both on the second floor, 503 and 504. 503 faces the street. There is almost no sound of motorcycles until after 12:30 at night. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself was beautiful, and the service provided by the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The pool and pool area were fantastic, also the Beach offering a great place to relax with a superb view. Additionally, the food was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. The same problem is on the hotel beach. The hotel employees systematically clean the area of ​​the hotel beach, but the dirt and garbage that is immediately outside the hotel still ends up on the beach and in the water. The hotel administration should solve the causes of this problem, and not just deal with its consequences, which do not stop. That's why I give 2 out of 5 for cleanliness. Cleanliness in the hotel - dirt on the sea. But guests go to the sea first of all! There are swimming pools and clean rooms all over the world. The sea and the beach are the main thing! Another minus is that there are no entertainments and activities in the hotel. The only entertainment was the New Year's show, which made a positive impression, we were lucky that we caught it, because we left the hotel on January 29. All other days - no entertainment. There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel.
