The room wasn’t bad considering the price and the view of the area ,but the mattress was a Little hard,there was a problem with the toilet flush but we called them and they fixed it ,there was a safe that we could put our belongings in but it wasn’t working , the staff were okay and you get two bottles of water every day in the morning ,the area had alot of mosquitoes though so the spray is a must at least 30 mins before entering and do not open the door unless u have to espacially at night as many of them will come inside

The front beach bungalow is the best! I recommend! The room is good, but the toilet have some issues about water flow. It’s old furniture but it fine. The staff is good, they are friendly to Thai people. It’s near the private pier (Arisa group) and nice bar!

BEWARE! building site next door, 7am till 8pm. Very loud. 2 night stay checked out after the first night, money returned. To be fair, the hotel apologised and returned my fee. Bungalows beware the rooms around the back, damp, damaged, very small. I've stayed in bigger backpackers stays! You've been warned ⚠️.

Great place to stay for the price. Nice beach right in front of the hotel and close to the pier, but far enough away to keep it quiet. Other reviews said there was no hot water, but my hot water worked perfectly. The hotel was a little difficult to get in touch with. We wanted someone to meet us at the pier to help get our luggage to the hotel (a service they offer), but couldn't contact them to schedule it. We tried email, whatsapp, calling, and even had Trip try to contact them for us with no luck. Luckily the hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk from the pier so it wasn't too bad.

Brilliant location off the beach, very quiet beach as well so it was perfect and away from the other crowded beaches! Bungalows were clean. Staff very friendly. Would recommend!

The Worst Hotel Experience Ever! This hotel is an absolute nightmare! The service is beyond pathetic. The reception staff are scammers who will try to rip you off. They demanded 1000 baht from us as deposit and then deducted an outrageous amount from our deposit without any explanation. To make matters worse, there was no water in the morning! We had to wait for three hours just to take a shower. Also provided us a malfunctioned hairdryer and said we've been charged for this whereas we hadnt even used it. When I confronted the reception about the extra charges, one of the staff members literally turned up the music and started chatting with someone else, completely dismissing me. It was infuriating! When I pressed for answers, she smugly told me to "go ahead and leave bad reviews, we don’t care." They clearly have zero regard for their guests and their well-being. If you value your money and sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. You’ll thank yourself later!

There service and behavior is so bad. I don’t recommend you to book this hotel. All hotel checkout time is 12:00pm but their hotel checkout time is 11:00am. If you late for 5-15 minutes then they will charge you 200 bhat (around 5.96$). We booked 3 rooms and check out at 12:00. They charged 500 bhat (around 15$). They don’t clean rooms everyday until you say them to clean. You will not get any service after 5pm. No one will be in the reception. In the reception one girl is sitting her behavior is very bad when you check out but when you go for check in she will treat you like an angel. Don’t believe her, she never said about checkout charges. In the photo they showed next to beach like you can see the sea from your room but no.. you can’t see. The rooms are too small. They don’t provide anything in the washroom except towels. Be careful before checking in to this hotel.
