Everything was perfect for us except for the distance from the harbour."

"Disappointing Stay and Very Poor Customer Service Booked superior Booked a Superior Mountain View Bungalow for over 4,000 baht per night, but the listing failed to mention it requires climbing three long, steep flights of stairs halfway up the mountain, making it very inconvenient and isolating. When we asked to move rooms after struggling with the stairs, the hotel moved us to the cheapest standard room (half the price) with no price adjustment. They also refused to move us to a Superior room on the same level unless we paid an extra £800 per night, even though we had already paid for a Superior category room. Very disappointing customer service. We ended up checking out a day early."

A small, heavenly bay and a wonderful sandy beach with turquoise warm sea where you can easily stay for hours. Two wonderful masseuses in whose hands you can happily and confidently surrender and enjoy a massage right next to the sea. Words cannot describe the beauty of the accommodation and surroundings. A little piece of heaven on earth. I highly recommend it! 🌴🌅🌴"
