Phi Phi Island Cabana Hotel

The location here is great… however we encountered a few problems. 1) the place is riddled with mosquitoes i walked away from 3 nights with 24 bites and they are big bites. I know this is not the properties fault but maybe making sure there’s no gaps in the door to allow ways in or shutting the patio door once cleaned rather than leaving with a gap. 2) the room are very outdated and a bit dirty, we had fresh mouldy bedding on one day after the cleaners 3) We were on the ground floor with a patio sliding door that didn’t lock…. Easily accessible for anybody to walk in and take things etc 4) The pool and location are both fantastic hut i feel for the money we paid this was a bit of a rip off and something you expect in the depths of Thailand.

Place is good location. Close to loud music from town at night. Room had cold water only but it was hot so that’s okay. Nice firm mattress. Rooms are standard and breakfast buffet is large and nice.

Excellent resort to stay. Calm and quit environment & greenery everywhere. But the washroom was outdated. Another point was that though the resort was three storied building so no lift was there. The view was breathtaking from the room. Really enjoyed my stay here.

The location of this hotel is great, and the view from the pool is undeniably incredible. Unfortunately, I feel like they count on this as the main feature and hope that we will see past the old rooms and average breakfast. For the price paid, I do feel like the rooms could be upgraded slightly as they were old and dusty. The breakfast was okay, but it is not outstanding by any means.

A nice hotel that’s really close to the beach at the back of the place. Unfortunately we didn’t have good experiences with the food or the service. For example at breakfast they served shrimp fried rice with the poop sack still attached and a lot of flies were around the fruit in the mornings. Also the day before we were due to leave I had one of the house keeping staff drop an iron off at my room. Without hearing an answer came into my room and opened the bathroom door where I was showering. I had music on at the time so I’ve no idea happened and I asked her to leave immediately. I went to the door a minute later to get the iron and she also left a set of keys with me- no idea why or why yay they were for but she appeared 2 hours later asking for them so I hope they weren’t for the surrounding rooms! The view from the pool at the back and the fruit shakes were really good but I wouldn’t stay here again

Great location, definitely the highlight and super easy to get around. Cleanliness could be better, and the service was just okay. Amenities were decent, and the pool is actually quite nice. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for what you get.

An okay place to stay with a million $ view from the rather splendid pool area.  The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.  However, we frequently experienced drainage smells in the room which wasn’t very nice. The hotel staff reaction to this was to spray air freshener to mask the smell 🤔  In addition, the TV in the room did not work and thus couldn’t be fixed for us and the rooms looked a little tired.  All in all, an okay place to stay for a short stay with amazing views and a great location for bars and restaurants.
