"We had a truly wonderful stay at Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel & Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The hotel is perfectly located on the island—just a short walk from the pier and surrounded by great restaurants, which made exploring Phi Phi both easy and enjoyable. Our room offered a beautiful garden view, and being near the pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms themselves were spacious, comfortable, and kept spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more pleasant. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. "Absolutely fantastic journey, I love this island with beautiful coastline and little mountains that you can do a bit hikes. And the hotel is right located on the north of the phiphi island. I wish I can spend more time here, with my family. But I would say it’s the best place for couples too, you can swim and dance, enjoy the fire show or simply just this nature island."

My wife chose this newly opened hotel, supposedly the same one as in the Maldives! After experiencing it, I can't stop raving about it! Highly recommend!!
Room: The room we stayed in was super spacious. Waking up in the morning and drawing back the curtains revealed a stunning sea view. It was so relaxing just walking out into the yard.
Food: We booked three meals a day. During our 2-night stay on the island, we were able to order different dishes for each meal, and they were all truly delicious!
Activities: They offer free childcare, so adults can enjoy activities like paddleboarding. You can also pay extra to charter a boat for island hopping.
Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I really didn't want to leave. If I were to stay again, I'd book at least three days. Watching the sunset and moonrise here is truly breathtaking! 🤩

The hotel is nice, very clean with a good location and very good facilities, it has two pools and one is located at the rooftop with very nice views. The only bad thing was on the breakfast buffet were the cooker refuse to prepare scrambled eggs with fresh eggs, he insisted in a rude way that the mix for the omelette made with milk, salt and butter was the same as fresh eggs. I have to complain with two manager just to have a simple breakfast. To be honest it was a very bad service, a very bad experience and that guy just ruined the mood for the whole day, I will definitely not recommend this hotel if you don’t want that someone just ruin your experience by being rude and impolite

Not a bad hotel, is located apart from the main part of the island, the way from the center will take minutes 15-20. A simple bungalow, air conditioner worked, showers and toilet too. For 3 nights in the room, they did not clean, only brought water and paper to the door to the toilet. Still at night, there is music from a cafe on the beach, hours until 3 p.m. So the sensitive take the beers.

Cool bungalows on the hill. Great sea view, and the bungalow itself was clean and tidy. Yes, there are gaps in the floor and walls, as mentioned in other reviews, but I didn't encounter any critters or insects. Good water pressure from the shower. I was really impressed that a staff member carried my backpack all the way to the bungalow – that was a nice touch! Be aware that if you're not in good physical shape, the uphill walk might be a bit challenging, as the incline is quite steep. Overall, I really enjoyed it! 👍

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning
The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost .
She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip.
Staff is very friendly too.
We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay
Will come back again with my family
