"The room, location, service and breakfast are excellent. Well decorated. We loved the breakfast. Location is very close to the pier. Another good thing is that they provide help carrying luggages from and to the pier. But the washroom floor is not properly designed to drain the water. Also they charged extra 800 THB for 10 year old child for one night stay, although I didn’t require extra bed they made it mandatory. That’s not appreciable. Check out time is 11.00 am which seems too early. But they provide luggage storage before departure which is helpful."

"Near to Ton Sai Pier and they arranged pick up plus porter services to and from the pier, which is very thoughtful. Room is spacious and the view is overlooking the beach. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. Absolutely happy with my stay."

"Small private rooms, everything is within a walking distance on Phi Phi so everything was nearby. This accomodation is out of the way to the east which makes it slightly quieter from the party noise (although expect to hear some noise). We were however woken up a lot by the staff in the morning preparing food, cleaning etc. Wasn’t the comfiest bed nor the cleanest but it was an overall good stay and had everything we needed."

"Very satisfied, the room is spacious, simple but fully equipped, very clean and comfortable, you can bring some toothpaste and slippers. The beach is right in front of the door, the scenery is charming. The service is very enthusiastic, and there are some small performances in the evening. The restaurant is really delicious, better than what we ate in Bangkok and Phuket! Super cost-effective!"

"We had an amazing time at Phi Phi natural resort. Our cabin was lovely, clean and spacious, beach was private and near us, ocean is clean and beautiful. Staff at resort are best we ever encountered and they were too sweet and kind. Restaurant had an amazing food and coctails, resort offered a lot of tours, massages, kayaking snorkeling and more. Anything you want and need. We had tears in our eyes while leaving. Hope to come back soon! ♥️"

"Clean, beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the design of the hotel is pretty. Great location - quiet, but near stores and restaurant. Family-friendly. A minute from the beach. The swimming area at the beach is very small, but you can walk 5 min to a larger beach area. The swimming pools are great - a big shallow one for children, and a deeper pool at the rooftop of the central building. The staff is polite and professional. A small store at the front sells the best mango smoothies. The breakfast is okay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We tranfered from another hotel - I wish we spent all our time here at Andaman Legacy."

"The hotel is simply super for the money. Everything is more expensive on Phi Phi, for example, 1.5 liters of water costs 40 BAHT, and on the mainland 14 BATH. Therefore, room prices are more expensive here. 1163 BAHT for two days on PHI PHI for two. Room M27 with air conditioning, good Internet and a private bathroom, TV (we did not need it), water was supplied once. Shampoo and shower gel available. Of course, the room had some drawbacks, such as: 1) the hot water did not work, although there was a heater, we did not check it right away, and then we were too lazy to go to the reception and washed ourselves with cold water. 2) after a shower, not all the water went into the drain (incorrect floor slope). 3) our room was on the corner of the hotel and there was increased noise from motorcycles and conversations of passers-by (but this was also a plus, it was not on a mountain, but in the lowest place possible in this hotel). There was a small climb when approaching the hotel, we coped with it normally, it was training before going to observation decks 2 and 3. We did not have any horrors with lizards and other creatures crawling into the room, and there were no holes in the walls and floor. Somewhere the paint on the walls was uneven and there were no slippers 😁, but I repeat for the price we paid we did not expect 5*. When booking at PHI PHI you need to pay special attention to the height of the hotel, climbing to the observation decks along the way we met hotels located much higher than ours and guests lived in them and went up and down there several times a day. Well, do not forget about the proximity to the bars in terms of noise."

"The service for this hotel was amazing. Our luggage was collected and taken to the hotel from the port and the manager/lady at reception was so kind, helpful and enthusiastic and made us feel really welcome. The hotel location is a little far despite being a small island and the hill is steep but it didn’t stop us from going out or enjoying phi phi. It made it feel more secluded if that’s what you are after and the view from the pool of the beach was amazing with a few nice quiet bars around, just not near the center. The room itself was quite disappointing, the smell was bad, there was a massive cockroach on its back in the bathroom and when the shower was on the light in the bathroom flickered."

"This is a really cool hotel! Incredible staff, they smiled at us every day and wished us a good day, asked where we were and what we saw. English speakers. Very comfortable room, very cool private terrace, not far from the center of Phi Phi, next to 7/11! We absolutely loved living there, stayed for one night, ended up extending for 3 more! Keep in mind that monkeys come running. Do not leave personal belongings on the terrace."
